Professional fast check in, nice rooms, quiet…our room does have an odd odor.. smells like dirty arm pits…but rest of hotel smells brand new.

The people working at the Courtyard Marriott in Conway, S.C. are super friendly and accommodating.

Great night sleep even with the bad weather

Everybody at the hotel treated my family like we were royalty.    Very nice would stay there again.

The reason for our trip was due to my daughter college showing at UCA. Upon arrival front desk clerk Diamond was polite and very helpful on questions about UCA. The room was brand new and fresh smelling very clean and organized. Love the fact the room has a microwave & refrigerator.  The location is fantastic close to everything about 10 minutes from UCA.

Clean and new hotel. Great value and excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Top ends of interior drape and exterior black out curtain are both unhinged. I will say something prior to leaving, perhaps it was being fixed and someone forgot to finish it. You woukd need a ladder to fix it.

Recommend to Stay

Check-in went smoothly. We were given our room keys and had to wander around to find the elevators since the guy who checked us in disappeared without giving directions. The hotel is new, so very nice. I did notice that there were Cheetos on the floor under our bed, but the main area was clean. We ate our dinner at the Bistro downstairs and the food was good. The beds were fairly comfortable.

Overall nice, but still just a 4 star experience

Beautiful new hotel next to two shopping centers with favorite stores and restaurants.  Extra amenities like a circle mirror in bathroom and floor lighting that triggers when you get up at night to go to the restroom.  Nice seating area in the king size bed room to watch tv from a love seat.  Bed was extremely comfortable.  Staff was very nice and efficient.  Would stay here again.

The hotel itself was very nice, but I had not checked in regards to breakfast.  Alas, there is no free breakfast, but instead a starbucks that had (to me) way too high prices.  We got breakfast at Sonic, and I will not make the mistake of booking a Courtyard again.  I actually was very surprised to see a coffee shop in the hotel.  I mean, this was Arkansas, not some big city somewhere!

No breakfast for the high cost of a night's stay

Room was clean and the beds we're super comfy. It had a built-in in bistro with great drink and food options available to buy. Staff was super nice.
