#1 NEVER EVER stay here! You'd be better off buying a blanket and sleeping in your car! I promise you would feel much more safe and sanitary. This property is a complete and utter joke/Mess. Unless you're on major drugs and completely out of it, you will feel very uncomfortable. The stench of Weed and other Drugs are just flowing thru the air. Its tons of suspicious traffic and blatant drug activity all night long. The property has ROACHES that have infested. The bed linen is disgusting. I am more than sure there are "homeless" people that can find a cleaner spot on the street than this hotel. #2 NEVER use you Credit/Debit Card here. You will not receive your deposit back. It's been a month and mine has allegedly been refunded and I have yet to receive it. As the other person said, " you will have to call the Hotel and wait for some random person to let you inside the Rooms." Which this lady was actually nice. However, the 1st room was covered in roaches as soon as the lights came on and she said..."you don't want this one! Its bugs everywhere". I should've left then but it was late. Room #2 when she opened the door it was a Man in the Bed! So clearly this place is unorganized. Finally we got to a vacant room. I may have stayed 1 hour just long enpough to make reservations elsewhere and I left. I only stayed in the room that long because I was afraid to sit in my car in the parking lot while i search for a room. I was checking to see if a Zero Star rating was available. This place is called "The Trap" by locals, which means heavy drug and gang activity. Like I said, sleep in your Car or hell just sleep on the Street. I promise you its better than this. Purely Disgusting Property. You can tell the Owners are some people maybe in another Country that are never here and they just sit back and receive the residual income. They can less about the people over here and whether they are safe in my opinion. I can tell the Workers are severely underpaid. Seriously, who wants a random Man from down the street to come and let them in their hotel room that you are not provided a key for...Oh and NO DEADBOLTS!! I just can't! I can go on for days....

NEVER EVER In a MILLION YEARS STAY HERE at this DRUG and ROACH infested Property.

I don't care what the deal is do not stay. The bathroom smells like urine, our non smoking room smells like cigarettes and the bedspread is full of burn holes. Only half the room has electric. There was 3 pillows for a king bed. Our register was literally falling off the wall. There's mold growing in the tub... see pictures. Do. Not. Stay.

JUST DON'T!!!!!

Made reservations trying to flee Florence Sept 2018, but could not stay one nite even when they don’t give refunds. Room was dirty, smelled of mold and dampness, and no lock on inside of door. No towels, soap, and stains on bathtub. A guy from “maintenance” just walked in the door without a knock. Guys were just hanging around looking very suspicious. Don’t EVEN consider this place except for demolition.

Run from this place!!!

My fiance , my daughter, and I went there to stay one night. The lady told us it's $50, so okay we pay for our room and went all the way around to find the room. We got to the room soon as we walked in it was a horrible smell ,bathroom was disgusting, tub had a big Brown ring around it, bed had hair and cigarette burns in it. I didn't even let my child feet touch the floor it was nasty. We went to the office and told the woman at the front desk that we just want to change the room to a cleaner one, she called someone for them to look at the room and to tell me that its nothing wrong with it, and if I pay more money i will get a better room. Im like oh no ma'am I dont care what i paid for its apart of your policy to have this room clean and apart of dhec. She then begin to give me my money back.

Bad Service

For the price I paid $95, plus $40 per night for a pet deposit, this hotel was totally NOT worth the cost!  Most of the hotel was under renovation (I assume) as there were piles of junk piled around. My bathroom sink was totally unusable. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. 

Irma evacuation

I stayed here while fleeing Hurricane Irma, as this was the only hotel available. The building appears to be falling apart--gutters have been replaced with makeshift wooden boards, construction material and random items are piled up everywhere. The pool was closed during my entire stay, and it appeared that no one had done any maintenance to it in months. They offer free wifi, although it barely worked. When I entered my room, there were no sheets on the bed nor any towels in the room. When it rained, the floor in my room became wet and soggy. Some of the outlets didn't work, and one of the lamps didn't even have a lightbulb. The neighborhood is very sketchy--I felt genuinely unsafe the entire time I stayed there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Poor appearance, poor quality

We evacuated from Savannah from hurricane Matthew. When we arrived at the hotel we were discussed by the appearance of the outside of this hotel. There was even a toilet sitting in the parking lot. But we were locked into this hotel because all hotels were already booked due to the large amounts of people running from Matthew. On entering our room my daughter cried. We had to go buy all new bedding and bug spray as well as cleaning products and air spray. Just don't stay here!
