Great view of the lake Coeur d Alene. Comfy beds, clean and the staff is very friendly. Whispers is great for a drink and Beverly's has good food. Short walk to downtown, lots of good places to entertain you!

CDA Resort

We came up to do the North Pole boat ride... how cool!  The lighting display is amazing!
As always, the service was fantastic!
Had dinner in an "igloo"...& we'd do it again in a heartbeat.
Gorgeous views, great food, all in all a wonderful time!

The location is beautiful, however our window overlooked the roof as we were on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable but style is dated. We were only there for one night so it wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed hiking around the lake which is right outside the hotel. Also we were close to some restaurants and could walk to dinner which was nice. 

Nice location

We had an amazing stay, the rooms are spacious and set up well. The lake Tower is where we stayed and the views were spectacular. 
The staff were very responsive and always made sure we were well taken care of.
We will be back for sure 

Amazing Stay! 5 Star Resort! 

The only complaint is that the hotel rooms need updated especially the bathrooms. Tower was built in 1986 and unfortunately the bathrooms show it. Showers and tubs very small (and I’m not a big guy). Tubs are way too small. In addition the water takes forever to get hot and the pressure never is good. Need to renovate all the rooms like they did the lobby and Dockside restaurant. All staff from valet to housekeeping is always outstanding. Hagadone brothers need to spend money and invest in bringing the rooms to the quality that should be expected from resorts that the CDA resort aspires to be. 

Excellent except Rooms—- especially bathrooms 

Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with a spa package. Great location. Polite and helpful staff. Clean spacious room with a nice view.   Love the double sink and spacious bathroom though I didn’t see a socket by the sink for the dryer. Spa amenities were great. Love that we can hangout in their lounge to relax before and after our massage. Had dinner at Beverlys and were seated by the window as requested.  Great servers. Food was good but the paella could use a little more seafood other than the clams.  Loved how the broccolinis with the medallions were roasted.  Ordered the cotton candy dessert with sparklers and a happy anniversary greeting. Appreciated that they gave it to us gratis. Great cocktails and view at Whispers. Had a fabulous time. We hope to try the sauna and the pool next time. 

Anniversary celebration 

The room was over thee top, we booked late so we didn't get a king :(, but the room itself made up for it. The fireplace rocked as the temps were chilly. The staff light this place up. Who ever is in charge has them all fired up and as helpful as can possibly be expected. The food in the 4 locations we ate at were awesome. The Hot Winter Nights was worth the adventure into the cold night.

Unbelievable Hotel, Staff and View

We keep returning every anniversary because this place is simply magically. I feel like it would not be an anniversary with out our stay at this beautiful resort. We will continue to return since the resort makes every anniversary special.

Anniversary weekend

My wife and I decided to visit the Coeur d'Alene resort to celebrate both of our birthdays. After we checked in, I decided to take a shower before we went to lunch. While taking my shower, I noticed that the water started to backup but didn't think much of it until my wife pointed out that it was sewage backing up. My wife spoke to the front desk, and the changed our room to another. The manager asked my wife to email her the photos, and she included me on the email. To this day we have not received a response to that email and it has been 10 days.

If this experience was not enough, the next morning we went to check out and as my wife was bringing the luggage down, I decided to get the car from the garage, and park in the front entrance area to make things easier. As I was leaving my car, the valet person told me I could not park in front of the building even it it was going to be for just a minute, while gathering my bags after checkout.

If you have not recently stayed at the Coeur d'Alene resort, know that the rooms are very outdated. It appears that the rooms have not been updated since it was first built. 

This is probably the $ for value I have ever stayed at. The room we stayed in was a lakeview room that costs approx. $400/night.

First class service, comfortable rooms, excellent dining options, world class location, attentive staff, a resort atmosphere will definitely be back for a couples retreat, spa was excellent and very relaxing, felt pampered every step of the way so thrilled this is in our backyard
