We're very nice patrons because they kept our reservation despite a bank card problem, but we had old rooms. In our house, the water tank was broken. The boss came right away to fix it, but it still ran off and unleashed from time to time. Plus, the room was expensive, but in the middle of Frontier Days it's no surprise.

He deserves a lift.

We tried to find somewhere to stay in Cheyenne on our road trip and booked this motel through booking.com. It's a typical Rte 66-style motel with a Little reception and lobby where you check in and you can have some coffee. Then you can park the car just outside the room. It was a typical Rte 66-motel room. Quite spacious. We had a fridge and a micro there. There was no breakfast included and is not served. We bought breakfast for the next day from Walmarts and had it in the morning. No problems since we had a fridge and had coffee from the lobby in the morning, We paid abt 82 dollars for the room for the night which we find quite reasonable. Free wifi. No pets allowed.

Nice Rte 66-style motel!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!  Pay more money & go somewhere else.  I made the mistake of booking through Booking.com & read alot of different reviews on it & it sounded good, seen pics. looked nice.  Was I in for a shock.  It was a dump.  It's a old motel in run down side of Cheyenne.  We had a hard time finding it, was coming from Cincinnati,Oh. Called to get directions & the man at the desk was nasty, he didn't know anything & was no help.  We finally find it.  I walked into the office & get hit with a nasty smell.  No a/c on in office or lobby.  It was 95* at 6:00P.M.  I knew then our room was going to be nasty, I told him we were just going to stay 1 night instead of the 2 I had reserved.  He said he didn't care cause I would still get charged since I went through Booking.com  We went to our room, the a/c was filthy & didn't cool off the rooms.  We didn't even want to sit down on anything.  I was so upset I couldn't even eat supper.  I went back to the desk guy & told him I had Asthma  & lung disease, his a/c in that room didn't work, so I wouldn't be able to breath in there. My daughter was disabled to.  He said I have a room down below.  I said you don't have any other floors.  Well, he took me down these STEEP stairs into a room where you see the water pipes hanging over the beds.  It was cold though.  I just stared.  I wanted to take the lost, but my husband said we could handle it for 2 nights.  I plan on e-mailing Booking.com & telling them what a dump it is & they lied.  It was the worse motel we stayed in & we stayed in 9 different ones.  It was the most expensive one to.  And, could't get the dead lock to work, so we were scared to go to sleep.

Nightmare

We stayed here during our visit to Cheyenne on the occasion of the rodeo, the prices are completely crazy this week especially compared to the offer of this mediocre motel, probably on average with the others in the area. It's 5 minutes' drive from the central square of Cheyenne and 10 from the rodeo area. They gave us a large room with a double bed but in the basement, a stacked kitchen and a shower that loses water and ruins. There's free parking in front and they make coffee in the morning but there's no other breakfast.

This place is old and run down. It could also use a good cleaning. Carpet is nasty and room very small with a worn out bed. I did not expect much as it was Frontier Days and most hotels were 200 + for what would normally be around 60-80 per night. I would not stay again

On a séjourné ici suite aux « conseils » du routard. Et franchement quelle de deception. Très vieillot, proche de la route donc bruyant, pas de petit déjeuner (certaines chaines en ont), moquette sale... et cher !!!! 
We stayed at this hotel after reading the routard guide book, what a disappointment: expensive, really old, not clean as the room is from the 70’s (or was it the 80’s?) and it’s near the road so noisy. Really not worthing it ! 

Not worthing it at all

Just needed a cheap, no frills place to sleep, & this place did fit that bill.  Our room was well worn, but reasonably clean.  Some furnishings were newer, but the carpet was old.  Biggest hassle was in heating the room.  Old-style steam radiator which took some effort to control.  Had to finally contact the desk for technical help.  Surroundings are a bit seedy.  Would not recommend walking around in the area late at night.  There was a nice stained glass window in the bathroom...

We stayed in this motel only (luckily...) for one night. The location of the motel is convenient, on a main street close enough to the city center. Unfortunately the presence of the street also entails a lot of noise inside the room. When we arrived, the host was also friendly, but once in the room, it turned out that we were in one of the worst motels we ever visited. The room was small and rather dirty, both on the floors and on the furnishings. The bathroom, a real hole, was very old and quite dirty, but when you are tired you adapt to everything... although the quality was really low and the satisfaction very little.

I found this limited hotel, obviously it's not expensive, but I was expecting a better one anyway, the carpet is very dirty, the furniture is very old, the bathroom is too old, in short, apart from the price and the parking there's nothing good.

A poor hotel.

Vintage motel, absolutely essential but clean, car in front of the room, fridge, microwave and coffee machine, excellent wi-fi, friendly staff, breakfast nothing exceptional, in fact... if they worked harder it would be better!
