Tia, who appeared to be on the food service staff, was excellent in helping me locate my car, after I mistakenly parked in the Marriott Downtown City Center parking deck before walking to the nearby Bank of America Stadium for a soccer match. That evening, when I attempted to locate my car in the Courtyard parking deck, it became very frustrating. Early the next morning, Tia just happened to be at the Front Desk talking to the staff person there when I came up and told them my dilemna. As I described the parking deck that I parked in, she quickly said she it sounded like I parked in the other Marriott deck, two blocks away. Just to make sure, she walked with me up to the second floor of the Courtyard deck, before I decided to walk the two blocks to the other Marriott, only to find my car in the spot I parked it in. Upon my return, I thanked Tia profusely gave her a generous gratuity. She is an excellent employee, and person.
