Might have been just an overnighter but very accommodating will use again

Awesome lil hotel off in the cut was a lil difficult on directions in but other than that if they had a bar service running  would be even better. Love that they had children's toys downstairs in lobby . Another thing that I loved was that they had a rule that anybody that lived within a 50 mile radius of that hotel could not stay there, rent there or do anything so that kept a lot of the local riff Raff out. That was nice

The property and the room was neat and clean.  Not much ventilation the bathroom, but still a great stay. The staff was  very friendly as well. Would stay here again.

We love it here. We remember when it was the four seasons, even though they don't share the same amenities. This place is special to us.

It was a nice facility, clean and quiet. But two things were missing, no bar and no complimentary breakfast, but it was advertised.

Very surprising. Worth the stay

This was a great find, and a very pleasant stay.  The staff was very helpful, the room was very spacious, the location to the Lynx Blue Line was perfect.  The only thing that I am disappointed about is that I left some clothing items behind, and never got them back.  I also, had to keep calling about them, and never got an apology from anyone.  I’m not sure why the cleaning staff didn’t turn them in, but the pants were a gift from my sons….a major bummer.

Javier was amazing 100% for customer service!!!! He gave great recommendations for food and upgrade our room no cost. The hotel room was standard the walls were pretty thin and the AC was super loud. There were lots of amenities available such as game room, gym, pool. Free parking and wifi. It’s good for one night quick stay probably not comfortable enough for longer stay.

So first off, the staff were very nice, and the property was fine. There was an incident where police were waiting on a warrant for someone across from us all night and had a yelling match back and forth. The doors/walls were uncomfortably thin in that regard. That being said, the staff took care of us and provided a full refund for our stay due to the incident since we were unable to sleep. Not the best area of town, but that's what it's like in Charlotte. Hotel was pretty nice all things considered.

Booked this hotel the night before a red eye flight out of CLT. Was able to book for under $100, and happy to do so based on the reviews I read.When we arrived, there weren't any parking spots open in front of the hotel, but found one in a side lot just around the corner. No big deal though.Staff was super friendly, and the room was everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and functional, and about a 10 minute commute to the airport in weekday morning traffic.Would stay here again absolutely if in the same situation.

The lady that checked us in was SUPER nice, and helpful ! And checkout was just as friendly and easy.~ The room smelled clean amd fresh, and that made us feel good about the overall cleanliness. It was very affordable for a last minute one night stay while having full amenities, thank you so much for the stay :)

The staff was right on point as soon as you walked in. I called ahead to get early arrival and they said no problem. Unfortunately, we ran late and got there a few hours later. When I arrived at the desk, I apologized profusely for my poor timing. He said no problem and remembered us talking via phone. I felt relieved. From the time we arrived to the ins and outs throughout our stay, then checking out…seamless. We would recommend them highly. From price to stay 10/10.

This was a last minute booking on our way home from Florida. We got the suite for my husband and I and our 2 adult sons.  2 double beds and a separate living area with pull out sofa and kitchenette with microwave and sink and mini fridge.  Ice machines are available.  Lobby has a bar with sofas and tables.  Lots of games available for family.  Bar was not open, not sure if it is anymore, would have been nice if it was.  Lots of nearby restaurants and pubs. We walked to a nearby Loso Tavern for dinner (4 min walk), was a good meal and decently priced.  Desk staff was awesome!  We took a chance to see if she sold earplugs for my son to sleep, she actually had an unopened package in her car and gave us some for the room.  It was too late to shop around for some, so this was a great bonus for him!  (Thank you!) :)  We left early at 5:30am and they had a fresh pot of coffee ready for us!  Prices were great for the hotel, would definitely stay again!  Would love to see the bar open for guests and maybe queen beds, but otherwise perfect for our short stay.
