Close to the Fairgrounds where the show was and close to dining and shopping.

It was very clean and very lovely staff. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the amenities.

Beautiful property. Full kitchen! Fire pit on premises! Conveniently located!! Staff was outstanding!! Breakfast could use a little improvement but not bad! I would definitely stay here again!!

My wife said that it was the best hotel stay that we have had.  The grandson was disappointed that Papa didn't make sure that it had an indoor pool for him.

The bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable….. I stayed for a week for work and could not wait to leave. Woke up sore every night. A floor pretzel was amiss in the corner of my room. Did they even vacuum?? Check in time was delayed. Most of the time the desk was left unattended…. Waited for 7-10min for someone to check me in. One evening I waited for 15ish min for someone to show up so I could buy water. No one ever showed up.. I will say, breakfast was great. Coffee was miserable. Not walking distance to anything except McDonald’s and sheets. Wouldn’t stay again.

The team were incredibly pleasant at every interaction.  I was welcomed with a text and when I asked for an early check-in - was granted one with no hesitation.  Greatly appreciated.  The room was exactly what I needed.  What could have improved my stay?   The mattress and pillows were not very supportive.  The trash cans were not emptied after the first night - and had some food - so would have been awesome. There were some bus groups staying the second night. So when I went down to grab an apple and some peanut butter for bfast at 9 - it was all decimated and had not been restocked with an hour left to go.  And all four handicap spots were full when I got home around 11PM.  Perhaps some additional handicap spots at the rear entrance would have helped alleviate the issue.  Overall - it was just what I needed for a last minute trip for a funeral.  Thank you for making a difficult trip easier.

This was a perfect hotel for us! 2 adults, 2 kids, one who loves her private space - the living room area was perfect for her! The full fridge helped us bring our diabetic daughter's waffles with us and they even had a toaster in the kitchen. Breakfast was ok, need some more fresher fruit.The only bad things were the lack of attention to details, 2 towels for 4 guests staying 2 nights and same with the toilet paper, barely had much on the rolls to begin with, but was able to get more of both. The pillows were absolute crap! They look fluffy, but the minute you put any weight on them, they are flat!

The location is great 30 min or less to where i need to go. That particular weekend was the Dreamville festival and it was only 10 min away from the hotel. When we checked in Friday night, 4/6/24 the staff member that was a front desk was the only staff member there. I can't remember his name but he did an amazing job considering the circumstances. The room was nice and clean but my blinds didn't work, being that there was only 1 window it would have been nice to be able to open and close the blinds in the room. Overall great place to stay 😊👍

An amazing place to stay,specially for the first time visitors and tourists to Raleigh and the Triangle Area. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Jody was quite above and beyond. Shawn was also a good team player. Location of the hotel is quite accessible to the major high ways It was a great place to stay and will be back there again when the opportunity comes

The good:Easy access off of I40, convenient to PNC Arena, close to dining and shopping. Clean rooms, great staff!The not so good:Mattress was very hard, pillows are WAY too soft!That said this was our second stay at this property in less than six months and we will definitely return again.Highly recommend, especially for events at PNC,
