The Finger Lakes Lodge

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive room for several weeks.
This is the spot!
Room completely remodled. New beds, new flooring, new microwave etc.
The pool is pretty decent!
The staff is the best!
I can't wait to come back.

It is ok we only stayed one night, got there late, however the receptionist was very helpful, and friendly, she offered to give us a room with two queens size bed to accomodate the kids rather than a pull out couch.

Finger lakes

I waited until the last minute to book a hotel for a local wedding, and seeing it was for only one night and there was a room available I grabbed one at the Finger Lakes inn. At first glance it looks alright, but as soon as I entered it had a weird almost moldy smell. I also saw that one of the glass panes was cracked. The room was not stocked at all, as I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for the room as it was empty. Lastly there were brownish stains on the sheets. To be quite honest, I got what I paid for and learned a valuable lesson, but I hope you will learn from this instead of the experience.

A Mistake I will not make again

Reservation process is iffy, rooms are well worn. Prices scaled by occupancy. On the plus, walking distance to CMAC. Room was reasonable clean. I had to do toilet repair in mid of night to get it to stop running.

Basic Flop, close to CMAC

Would not recommend this place. Very dirty. Smelled of stale cigarettes, adult handprints all over the windows, stains on the comforters, dirt in the sheets when we pulled them back. Clearly the bedding was not changed. So nasty!!
