Staff was great, had to wait a bit for room but that’s understandable when workers are hard to find these days. Nice hot shower and cozy bed. Always stay here when I have meetings close by.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was satisfactory. The location was perfect for my needs.The only thing that is a distraction is the pot holes getting in and out of the property.

Nice cheep motel, nothing special but for the price the room was great, hot shower comfy bed and plenty of tv channels

Always a great stay when I’m here, nothing fancy but clean bed and hot water. Plenary of tv channels. And food near by.

Overall pretty much no issues. Just had to clear away some flies that got inside on my first night and nothing else came in the 6 nights afterward. I don’t know what the puddle next to the bed was about though. Probably just dripped bugspray. Room had a smell sort of like if you held a game controller for 6 hours and sniffed the handle. It’s probably the bugspray.

Can be difficult to find!! I read that in the reviews but didn't realize how hard it would be until we were looking for it. It's behind a Phillips 66 Truck Plaza. This place is an absolute gem, very clean remodeled rooms. The desk clerk told me all of the rooms have been remodeled. Even the lobby area is clean and welcoming. Check in was quick which was so nice after driving 12 hours. The room was spotless, beds comfortable. Pet friendly! They have restored my faith in Motel 6's. I would absolutely book again. The trucks from the plaza can be loud at times but that's never bothered me much.

I’ve stayed in Motel 6s many times but not in the last few years because I found them rather dirty and musty smelling. This Motel 6 surprised me. It was not only very clean, the room was big, the floor was laminate so didn’t hold the moisture or smells like the carpeted floors. I was really pleased with my stay.

The property was very clean and appeared to be very recently renovated. All the furniture including the mattress looked new. No unique amenities or frills, but for the price, this room was a really good value. Also, some other reviews noted the proximity to the truck stop. My room was on that side and I didn’t b

First of all, GPS took us on a long gravel road to get here. Rooms were supposed to be newly remodeled, but our door didn't seem to be the right size for the opening as you could see daylight all around it and the toilet rocked when you sat on it. Otherwise it was an ok room. WI-Fi was great! It was quiet even though there was a truck stop on the other side of the building.

Decided to drive north of Kansas City to same driving time the following day on trip to Iowa.  Selected this motel based on price and decent reviews.  My dad and I were very content with the room size.  Bed was fine, room was sizeable and TV had full channel package.  For the cost it was a solid value.

Solid Value for the Price

Basic hotel.  Despite being behind a truck stop it was very quiet.  Clean no frills.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the air conditioning unit was a little weirs but overall,  we enjoyed our stay.

It was nice for the price my room was recently renovated that was nice overall it was an enjoyable stay
