It was a nice older style. Would stay again.

Quiet, clean and they had the room warm for us. You can tell the new owners have done a lot of work, new flooring, fresh paint everywhere, new sink, bathroom fresh, everything clean. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this isn't the Ritz but it's clean, priced right and easy Hiway access. They still have a ways to go so I encourage the owners to keep up on the improvements. Breakfast is old fashioned continental, don't expect a hot breakfast but the coffee is good.Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Just what we wanted for a one night stay.

What a delight to find "Cactus Inn" in Missouri! We were returning from a family trip and simply stopped when it got late, but we loved the Cactus Inn which had a convenient and clean and cold room ready for us hot, weary travelers!

Nice staff, older motel but it was good for the price

Hotel was a value. The property is older but they’ve done a nice job of upkeeping the rooms. Love the little bars of dove soap. Breakfast was nice too.

Clean with no carpet. Plus the people that worked there were fantastic!

The lobby and staff are very nice and professional Hotel inside and out very clean...the only thing we would liked was i plug in for a USB cable and a smart TV..but i want to say the TV was fine..i just wanted to watch Netflix

6 of us traveled on motorcycles and got three king size rooms.  The rooms were very clean, chairs were a little dated, but beds were comfortable, shower was hot and strong and breakfast was good!  We would stay there again!

All three motels/hotels in the town are clustered together, all with walkable dining options, all just off Hwy 60. Choice comes down to value and amenities. If you are not working with locality points Cactus Inn offers you a good mid-range value with a folksy appeal. Slightly nested further from the main road, it also offers you a quieter night.

Clean, quiet and budget friendly

Not fancy, but clean, and an unbeatable price. When our B&B reservation turned out to be bunk, and we couldn’t find a room within an hour of Springfield, the Cactus Inn was there for us. It’s well taken care of and the staff was great. Walls are a little thin, we could hear the guy next door coughing all night, and the AC was loud but it was plenty cold. All in all, it was a good stay that saved a disaster vacation at the last minute. Thank you Cactus Inn!

Close to the highway and convenient to shopping and food locations.  Great for overnight travelers

The clerk was so very accommodating to our late arrival.   The room was comfortable and clean. Liked the cactus theme in the room.

Put us on 2nd floor, made four old folks who could hardly walk or get up the stairs go to 2nd floor on stairway.

Very clean, nice motel! Nothing fancy, but AC worked great & beds/pillows were clean

Clean little motel stay

It was a good property for those traveling with large dogs. They were accommodating and there was a large, grassy field close to walk the dogs.

Overall it was decent for the price. Lots of parking, small but good breakfast, room was clean and property was quiet. Staff was friendly and very helpful when needed.
