The only thing I didn't like is the property I thought it was one builtding  and it's not so that was a little disappointed You have to drive to the Indoor Pool and outdoor  You Have to Drive to the Center You have to drive to check in and out

We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and comfortable the 2 bedroom unit was. It is basically a condo or townhome with a very nice living area/dining room and kitchen plus a loft, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools, activities scheduled almost every day, a golf course, ropes course (has to be warm to open), and tubing. Bushkill falls is less than 10 minutes away and there a lots of other hiking spots within a short drive. The restaurant on the resort was very nice as well. We have already booked our return visit!

The newly renovated villas were beautiful. Nice quiet and enjoyable stay

There were a few issues like broken items in our villas no towels, broken mop, broken sink stand. No towels in one of the bathrooms, not enough toilet paper

I booked this initially thinking it was just a hotel, but turns out it was a resort. It had some typical resort things—swimming pools, arcade, mini-golf, and then some additional things all costing money: horseback riding, paintball, and golf were all extra fees. as well as the tree-top adventures and sledding. So, not all-inclusive in any way, really, but a step up from the amenities of most hotels, and located in beautiful East Stroudsburg. My only critique is that our villa smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we entered.  We opened all windows and screen doors to air it out, but the smell continued to longer in the couches and chairs. We could have also used some complimentary coffee for the coffee maker on the counter, as I had to leave the resort each morning to go get gas station coffee or bring my own.

A hybrid between a hotel and a resort

Great spot for a family vacation, in any season

This was the best stay at this property and the 3 bedroom loft was absolutely wonderful, spacious and beautiful! I have stayed at the property many times before under previous ownership and this was the best. The only recommendation I have is to add a vanity and chair in the master bedroom of the 3 bedroom loft and also to better communicate when Blue lightening closes early. We had friends come with us just for the day to snow tube at the 6-8pm session, however, when we got there, they closed early although we had called ahead.

Nice place with full kitchen option and big space, it’s like renting a private house but part of a hotel, each room has a parking spot in front which is very convenient Close to shopping and a lot of activities The most annoying part is the checkout which has to be at 10 am, I hope they change this part

Stayed a weekend for our 17 the anniversary. Will definitely be going back and bringing the family. The warehouse had good food but limited selection. The bartender that we had was very nice and could make a very good chocolate martini. It was very close to bushkill falls and had lots of close things to do around the resort.

Nicely equipped. We had a two bedroom which could actually sleep 6 due to 2 twins in a loft as well. Definitely under some revamping, and I was actually a bit disgusted by the presence of outdoor bugs inside on the stairs. Also, our guest room toilet was very tricky with flushing and could use some new plumbing. Otherwise, it was pretty.
The area is nice, there are some fun things to do around town and even directly nearby on sight. The outdoor pools were open and very nice. There are no water sports and the recreation area is only open certain times but not much to do there anyway. They do have some activities planned but only on weekends. During the week you should just plan on sight seeing. It is about an hour from the most frequented town where there are lots of things to do, but around the area itself there are multiple parks and activities as well.

Overall ok as long as you have things planned to do

Beautiful,  quiet and calm. I would definitely go again. I think they could have done a better job vacuuming and also the bathroom had other people's hair. Overall I loved the views and the peace and quiet. I loved that it was newly renovated.

But please change the beds, they are too uncomfortable.I spent tree night and our bodies hurt. Thank you
