One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve stayed at. Pillows are crunchy plastic material. Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. We went to target and bought 2 pillows and Clorox wipes. Had we not had a 5+ hour drive home after a concert I would not have stayed.

Disgusting

This place is dirty, not only the rooms but the halls, and outside. My side of the bed the metal of the mattress was poking me. I finally pulled the sheet off and discovered it was torn. Do they not inspect their rooms? Bathroom was not clean, hot water took forever to heat up, and rooms could be updated. 

NO NO NO

Pet friendly (we had two Shelties), excellent internet, location, morning breakfast.  No charges/fees hassles for pets. Internet was fast, east to sign into the WIFI.  Breakfast was good, I would prefer more fresh fruit, whole food, plants.

Excellent stay

Since this hotel was bought by Wyndham the quality and service has noticeably gone down hill.  The new staff is not friendly, they made us feel like we were bothering them by showing up.  Very dissapointing.

you get what you pay for

This is a older hotel that does need to be renovated.  Our room was just fine.  The king size bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
We were on the 3rd floor and noticed that one of the rooms had been broken in to.  The handle was broken and the latch was popped out.  This may have been done by the management but does not look good.  The problem that I had was with security.  We got back from a Christmas party around 11 pm Saturday evening.  We enter the lobby and there was no one at the desk.  We didn't see anyone until we got by the elevator.  There was also two men behind us that didn't enter the elevator with us. Not sure why.  A lady from the back room came out eventually as we entered the elevator.  She just looked at us and didn't say anything.   We could have been anyone entering the building.  She didn't have any identifying uniform on.  She had on a colorful sweatshirt with a hood that she had up.  No professionalism.  She looked like she could have been anyone and not a member of the hotel team.  We just didn't feel like the hotel had good security.  The day staff upon check in and leaving were great!

There were apple peels on the floor under the sink, wrappers under the desk and there were things under the bed edge. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and water went through the shower curtain. The sink wouldn't drain. 

Dirty rooms

Good , clean, comfortable room at this price.  Very friendly front desk staff.  I  would stay there again.  Breakfast was OK for cold cereal or a hot waffle, but no different than what I would have at home, anyway.

Good room at a price that won't break the bank

We have stayed at this property before, but this time we were disappointed in the cleaning staff.  When we ran out of Kleenex, it took them two days to replace it and the box was left on the counter, not put in its proper place.  Coffee packets were not replaced each day, so we ran out of coffee by the end of our stay.  A fresh bath mat was missing after we had showered.  

Have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it is my favorite in Brookfield, WI. Rooms are always comfortable, the staff is always friendly and helpful (especially Marina at the front desk). Not a fancy hotel but, always a relaxing experience for me and close to everything.

Good: Great location, lots of parking in the REAR of building.  Clean room
Bad: Sprawl has built up around this building making it feel crowded.  hallways were filthy dirty with stains and appeared that the housekeepers went on strike...
