Breezwood Motel

Stayed at the Breezewood Motel which is now called the Sonrise Inn, It was a wonderful stay staff was very attentive, rooms where very clean stayed 4 days and would recommend everyone come bring your kids and pets...Nothing but great energy & happy smiles. I give the Sonrise Inn 5 stars Thank you for a pleasant stay!!!!

My children and I took a vaction to New Jersey this past August. I was not prepared for the toll booths and found myself with 4 kids stranded at a rest stop it seemed in the middle of nowhere. I had not a dollar to my name and had to make it back to ohio. No one wanted to help it felt. I looked on the board inside the gas station and started to call all near motels and hotels when I was directed to BREEZEWOOD MOTEL. I explained to the owner what was happening and without any second thoughts he opened a room for the kids and I for some much needed rest without careing about making money but more about careing about us as humans. When we woke the next morning I went to return his key and say many thanks when I overheard another man down on his luck being blessed also by the owner of this motel also. The rooms where VERY clean and extremly comfortable. Instead of a big name and fancy lights those are replaced with true compassion and a rare heart of gold. My kids and I will just do a vacation there because of the motel and owner.Thank you and looking forward to staying at the BREEZEWOOD INN this summer.

For the price, the Breezewood Motel is awesome. I slept well, the other people who stayed there were real down-to-Earth and friendly. Mandolin was very nice, too.  I rather stay there than some stuffy place that costs five times more.

Breezewood Motel is cool!

October 7, 2023 reservation could not provide the entire building television. We did not stay as room amenity of TV was misrepresented on Trip.com website and the Motel website. Oct. 10th call to Owner Cynthia "Cindy" of Sonrise presented an unprofessional ranting raving female claiming we used the whole reservation and she was the one that we dealt with when we were there and she knows it is a lie. Checked us in; dropped the bomb no TV; we took 20 minutes to check her accuracy; no TV; gave her key and left and did not use room. She will not tell truth to Trip.com. Do not deal with this demented person or her dump establishment.

Horrible experience  Unprofessional mentally unstable owner

We arrived with our 1 year old daughter looking for a clean room and a good night's rest. Once we arrived the room the main problem I had was an uncovered electrical outlet. My daughter went right up to it and came within inches of sticking her fingers behind the outlet, before we grabbed her. I covered it up with tape. There were some other issues due to the dated motel, but safety should be a top concern.

Was on emergency travel as my mother had passed away, made reservations for the trip home. Pulled into motel at 10:00 pm on Saturday evening and no one would answer the door. Called the phone and was told that there were no rooms available and was hung up on. Tried to call back and no one would answer the phone. My wife called from another phone< they answered and told her that they rented the last room out at 9:30 pm. There were three cars in the parking lot.  Where I was raised, if you make a deal you keep your word! y.

Just plain rude!

Bed bugs! Gross 
No one would answer our phone calls to help rectify this matter.  Thank God McDonald's gave us trash bags to put our contaminated items in.  Yuck. 
Unprofessional. 
This was a last minute 430am to tired to drive kind of visit.  I wouldn't put my enemy up in the hole.

Rooms are filthy, strong unbearable smell.I saw bugs, cockroaches were running on the bed when I turned the lights on.I had to cancel the the rooms ( I booked two rooms) because of it.

Dont stay in this motel. Very very bad.

I was given the wrong room the heater did not work the TV stopped working could not get a password to wifi
