This was an awful experience.  This place should be shut down for so many violations because it's just disgusting...stains in the bedspread, dirty towels and the shower was beyond gross. I was afraid to open the fridge for fear of what I'd find.

You're better off sleeping in your car

If I had not checked in so late, I would have checked out. The dog urine smell was just incredible. I had to sleep with the window open to get air- and there was no screen in the window. The carpet was just saturated with odor. Awful. And because I had the window open, I was woke by the diesel truck parked right outside that fired up at 6 am, which is not the facility's fault, except that I had to open the window to get air, now I am awake in a room of diesel exhaust.

Terrible place to stay! Dirty bathroom, dirty beds, owner steals from guests. When confronted, he let us know we could have the item back only of we went back to the hotel and retrieved the item. Included picture of the dirty mattress.

$50/night WAY TOO MUCH for this fleabag hole in the wall! Place was dirty, dead bugs on the floor, moldy areas in bathroom, mattresses had some kind of stain on the bottom. Left my shoes behind, called 5 hrs later he said I could come look thru trash for them. Asked, since he threw then away if he could get them and send them to me I would pay. He refused. Will never stay here again! Included picture of mattress. Would have left zero or point 5 stars if available - it pains me to leave one star!

We read reviews, so based on reviews, we booked at Forrest motel. Blech. No fridge. No microwave. Carpet was damp because concrete floor was sweating. Paint peeling off walls in bathroom. Writing in walls in bathroom. No shampoo. Had to ask for towels. Curtains falling apart. PVC shower rod, shower handle defective and wouldn't turn off. AC worked, but everything stayed damp. Pay more ...stay elsewhere.

Filthy.

The gentleman was pleasant. The room(#17) has been updated I believe, but still has a super strong odor of cat urine.The pvc pipe as a shower curtain didn't really concern us, it must looks tacky. We had a room with 2 beds and a small dog. I was hesitant to book online thru any other site because of reviews on here. With tax and the pet charge, the room was $84. I would not complain if itnwere $40 but that room is not worth $65. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable but if you are looking for a 3☆ or gtreater, move on.

Will stay elsewhere

We were stopping by for to visit some family in Rockville and decided to stay here nonetheless this was such a great place to stay! Room was super clean, and the staff were great! Overall great place to stay.

if you need a  quiet comfortable. clean place to stay motel forrest in Rockville. indiana is just the place. the owner sam was very nice during my stay and the girl that was helping. him was too. they dont charge out rageous rates either.

a quiet place

This is my first ever bad review on a motel. The little Hindu man has no idea on customer service. We had to bring our used towels to the office if we wanted clean ones. Then we had to wait for those to get washed because they didn't have any clean ones. The owner said we should have brought our own. When I told him that's not how a hotel is runned. He said we are more than welcome to leave but no refund. We already paid for a couple days and stuck it out. We heard not to many nice things about this motel and it's owner.the rooms are ok. Sheets and towels clean but old. Breadspreads have cigarettes 
burns. Carpet is stained. No coffee in rooms. All this owner care is about money in his pocket
And not his guest.
