Extremely hard to find. Need more lights and signage.  Google did not help.  Everything else was awesome .

The staff was very nice, check in and out went smoothly. The room didn't look vacuumed and there was a slight odor. Everything else was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable. Not much offered for breakfast.

Nice big clean room/suite!! Very professional and courteous receptionist (Mr. Mark Spears). Big breakfast with a variety to choose from. From the comfort of the bed to the relaxation of the suite. Everything was enjoyable! Sorry they don't have a pool and I didn't get to the workout area!!

Check-in was great, good man at front desk during the evening shift. Used laundry facilities which were an added bonus. Loved the fitness center and bottled water. Breakfast was alright, only hot food is waffles but they have a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. I left an outfit hanging in the closet, came back a couple hours later and the  front desk agent walked me back to the room to retrieve it only to find that the housekeeper had already logged the items into lost and found, that was much appreciated. Overall the staff was great the room was good no major issues. Good location with plenty of gas stations and restaurants close by, airport 5 min. drive. Will definitely be returning

Older room and fixtures, but clean and this is what I look for when I stay in a hotel. And good rates.

We stayed for a night during our road trip. Didn't have much expectation but the place was okay for the price. Rooms had mild dust settled on bed and furniture. Bath room was clean - satisfied our need. Food was not as expected - it says continental breakfast, but all we had was bread, waffle, muffin and cereals. No eggs or fruits. Overall a decent place for a quick stay.

Good place for the costs. Fairly clean but one can tell that upgrades are being made. I found no concerning issues as the bed were comfortable, the temperature was comfortable and all amenities were up to par.It was kind of weird to have a coffee maker on the bathroom counter??Shout out to Mark who helped with checking in. Cool guy and very pleasant to work with. Thanks  Mark…🤘

It was very quiet and comfortable. The gentleman who waited on me at checkout was very friendly. The only issues I had were the mattress cover and sheet came off at one corner during the night and there was only one package of regular coffee in the room. The other packages were all decaf. Other than that, it was nice.

I will be returning!!

The stay was good value for the money. We were greeted upon arrival to hotel. The room was big and included mini fridge & desk. We left prior to breakfast serving time but could have eaten as it was ready early. My only complaint is that the odor of cigarette smoke in our room (307) was strong. It seemed to be specifically related to the bedspread.

Good value

We chose this location because of it's proximity to the Jackson Airport because my daughter had a VERY early flight the next day!.  (The airport is just 5 minutes away.)  The hotel is basic but quiet, clean and has everything we needed.  The mini fridge was quiet. (They aren't always).
We were on the second floor and didn't hear another person!  It was great!
Everything was in working order.  
Breakfast was basic but satisfactory.
The price was right for sure! 
What I loved most was seeing a Bible in the night stand and also one of the most beautiful messages that I've ever seen.  I'll post a photo of it!  SO lovely!

I'd definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was the poorest I've ever seen at a hotel that offers a free breakfast--not even any decaf, and no protein but a package of little sausage biscuits (junk food). However, the hotel is reasonably priced compared to others around, so you can use the savings to buy breakfast somewhere else. The two-queen room was just spacious enough and had a homey feel, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the a/c worked well, and the hotel was quiet, even though we had the room behind the elevators. I would stay here again.

Perfect except for poor breakfast

Travelling back to Texas from NJ and wanting to take a break near Jackson, MS, we found the Sleep Inn in Pearl just east of Jackson along I-20.  Based on the reviews on Tripadvisor, we made a reservation.

Toni at the front desk gave us a warm, friendly greeting and easily checked us in for the evening.  Everything about this hotel seemed exceptionally clean including our spacious room that had all the amenities we needed including a very comfortable king bed.  The room was quiet and we had a great night's sleep.

Noticed that throughout the hotel (and by the elevators) hand sanitizers have been installed.

Breakfast was limited due to COVID but pastries, juice and coffee were available.  Noticed a sign in the breakfast area that Choice Hotels Corporate made that limitation.  My wife and I have stayed at other choice Hotel properties over the last month and a couple of them had eliminated any breakfast being offered. 

For the quality of the hotel and the price paid for the room, I found this Sleep Inn to be an exceptional value and would easily stay there again should the need arise.

What a nice, comfortable and friendly hotel!

Stopped for an overnight while heading back east.  Booked room on Choice.com.  I made a mistake and booked a "smoking" room.  Attempted to change at check in which was successful after the night clerk contacted a mgr with the authority to ok the Choice.com rate.  Room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was ok....standard Sleep Inn fare but a bit slow to refill items when they became empty...and the coffee was lukewarm in the thermos jugs.  Would stay here again on eastbound trip as it puts me on the "right side" of Jackson as I depart in the morning.

I haven't stayed at many Sleep Inns, but I'll add them to my list after this stay. The room was well appointed. Lobby looked nice. Heater did a good job at keeping the room warm on a very cold night. Always nice to find a smoking room! Internet or WiFi speeds were fast enough at around 5 Mbs. Staff was friendly, too.
