The employees where very nice and helpful, they even wished me a happy birthday!
Jacuzzi tub in my king suite was amazing, the room was extremely clean and stocked with plenty of towels, the coffee was great too.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. When I checked in there was an issue with the toilet. I called the front desk and it was handled immediately. No issues after that. The breakfast was good.

Driving home from Florida & wanted a hotel off I-65. This fit the bill perfectly. It had all we needed, reasonable rates, comfortable bed, big tv, close to restaurants & had a decent morning breakfast. Staff was helpful & kind. Would stay again when driving through

This was a road-trip travel stop for us.  We enjoyed a clean room with comfortable beds. The hot breakfast included eggs, bacon, waffles, and biscuits and gravy. We would recommend this facility to fellow travelers and will consider stopping here again.

I have stayed here multiple times for business.  The staff has been friendly and even made sack lunches for me since they know I left for work before breakfast opens.  I will continue to stay here when I travel to Bowling Green.

Everything was good. We won't hesitate to return there. Clean, quiet, safe, no smell of smoke or pets.

Why they advertise breakfast when they don't serve it, can't say. But hotel breakfast is not important to us.

Quiet and comfortable for a hotel on a major highway. I would stay again and they take pets with a fee. The owners/management keep up with their property despite heavy traffic. I would stay again if I'm in the area.

Very impressed by the quiet room.   Did not use pool but it is indoors.   If I had more time I would have.   Left too early to try the breakfast.   Amenities were very comfortable and well kept up.   Seemed like it was only a year or two old but I know better,   Cleanliness was a plus.   Check-in was nice and easy.

Staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms. Pool was a plus. Hotel staff was always cleaning and wiping counters and keeping used pens separate from clean pens. They did have breakfast to go bags, which were a plus.

Great location, close to I-65, car dealerships and Rental car locations.
Best of all, this is close to one of only a few restaurants in Bowling Green that serves food on-site outside under a tent which is better than nothing at all or take-out. O'Charleys

Bowling Green is a good overnight stop.  Lots of choices and home to Western Kentucky University.

Now about this specific property

The surface scan was great.  Close to I-65, lots of parking, the lobby and breakfast area were inviting if the breakfast was somewhat lacking

The dedicated areas - business center, pool (hot tub under repair) and gym all looked fine, the elevator was fast, the keys worked and on first scan the room was fine - so 5 out of 5 right?

Wrong!  It was under the surface gremlins popped up.  One of the sheets had dried blood on it, there was no stopper for the bath and the fridge did not work.  Little things to be sure but enough to cost 1 point.

The beds were comfortable, there were lots of pillows and we both slept well.  

Good for a night on the road but check your room before you get comfortable

Alright, alright

We had a nice one night stay, this was our first time at this location. Friendly staff, plain rooms, and a very comfortable bed. We had two small concerns. 1) the coffee pot is located in the bathroom which was strange for us 2) there was no shelf or caddy in the shower to put shampoo or soap on. But we love the location, the facilities, and would definitely stay again.

Great place

Elevator was shut down for fifteen minutes to let it cool down. I had to sit in the lobby for fifteen minutes with the hotel cart and my luggage and wait for the elevator to be turned back on.  I was not willing to carry my luggage to the fourth floor.

Elevator needs repair

It was our first hotel stay with our dog and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and hotel in general were clean. The breakfast was plentiful. Overall we were left with a good impression and let some friends know about it that will be traveling with their dog in a few weeks.
