Hampton Inn by Hilton Bowling Green

In one of the most difficult moments of my life, the team at this Hampton Inn showed me a kind of compassion I’ll never forget. I had just driven through the night from Florida, to bring my daughter home due to a domestic violence situation. (She’s was the victim) She was very ill, had a high fever and an ambulance took her to the hospital. She was waiting in the emergency room parking lot when I arrived in Bowling Green around 4:00 AM. I was emotionally and physically exhausted. When I walked into the hotel, the staff didn’t just greet me—they saw me. Even though it was long before check-in time, they offered us a room at 6:00 AM so we could rest for a few hours before heading to pack up my daughter’s apartment. That may not seem like much to some, but in that moment, it was everything. Their flexibility and warmth gave us a safe, quiet place to breathe and regroup. The gentlemen at the front desk were kind, thoughtful, and deeply human. It wasn’t just hospitality—it was heart. Thank you, Hampton Inn Bowling Green.
