Needing a place to sleep for a couple nights comfortably while in the middle of moving led to my stay here and I have absolutely no regrets or complaints at all! A glitch in the system led to me getting double charged which is always frustrating but when I called to try to fix it AJ immediately jumped into action. I’m so grateful for how quickly he worked to try to fix the charge because I got my money back that night!! He was one of the kindest employees I’ve encountered at any hotel in my life to this point—thank you a million times over AJ! Ms Tangela was the housekeeper on my floor during my stay and her smile and personality brightened my entire day! I appreciated her kind conversation when we spoke after she assisted me with getting some toiletries. She helped me feel a little lighter and happier after having a couple rough days prior. Overall I am just so grateful for every person working here that I interacted with during my two night stay and very much appreciate the humanity and heart that everyone has.
