You get what you pay for. Location is ok, fairy quiet for being right off the road. Pool was well maintained. Beds were decent. Shower was horrible. No pressure or hot water. Bring your own soap! Definitely bring cleaning supplies to wipe down everything in the room, it will need it. Fast check in and out.

You get what you pay for

We chose this property because we were attending a wedding nearby and just needed a decent, clean place to sleep as we did not plan to spend much time at the motel. This place worked for us. It was in a good location. It met our basic needs. It appears to have recently changed ownership and there are a few things that could be improved upon: 1) the pillows were as flat as a pancake. Maybe flatter. Bring your own. 2) they kindly provide a coffeemaker, but only decaf coffee. Bring your own. 3) Same goes for an iron. This is not always a necessity for us when traveling, but again, going to a wedding. Needed to look nice. Figured they would at least have one in the office.
The photos the motel provides make it look a bit nicer than it does "in real life." I would also say it's a stretch to call it an "inn and suites." It is a refurbished, 1960s style motel. 
Otherwise, it is clean. It was very quiet. It was affordable. We slept great and that was our driving factor for selecting this place.

Affordable place to sleep

Okay so I am currently staying here with my boyfriend and two children. They do not have rollaway cribs available. That was the first negative. They obviously do not change the sheets after each occupant because there was blood on the pillowcase. Im not talking about went through the wash bloodstain blood, I'm talking about an actual blood droplet. The bathroom is really nothing special. Small, cramped, two towels for a four person room. The front desk didnt know how to turn off the outside light, so I unscrewed the bulb (bugs fly right in the room when you open the door). The bed is okay aside from the dirty sheets. Theres a microwave and coffee maker and also a hair dryer. Room is very out dated and extremely simple, not very welcoming. If you have kids, I do not suggest this hotel, as it isn't kid friendly. Unsatisfied with this hotel. Seems like an "hourly rental" kind of place if you know what I mean.

Not the best..

My brother and I were taking our elderly parents to the Poconos for a getaway weekend. Sullivan Trail seemed exactly what we needed. Booked via their telephone reservation site. Upon arrival,the requests I had made for non-smoking rooms next to each other were not honored. The friendly desk staff had no idea what I was referring to. The rooms were far away from each other and although they were clean, they are old and cheaply furnished. Not enough pillows nor towels for two people in each room. The telephone in my parents room did not work and as guests arrived on a Friday evening they clearly were becoming more and more uncomfortable. It appeared that a lot of partying was going to go down and I'm quite sure the area where the bonfire and picnic tables were located was going to be rockin' later on that night. We chose to leave for their comfort level. 
If you're heading to the Poconos to spend the weekend partying this may be the place for you! At $120 per night I didn't find the prices that cheap but it is a good location.

Not the greatest

We have never seen that ugly place in our entire life. The room, the beds, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the furniture, the telephone, the table lamps, the smell  and everything else were in terrible condition, very old and destroyed and probably were cleaned last time a century ago.  Most terrible experience in our hotel experience. We ended up leaving for another place in the middle of the night.  Booking and other travel .com's should be aware of the condition and services they recommend. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!

True our 5 night stay was not expensive and that's why I gave them 1 dot. Otherwise, the room was constantly cold and you're not allowed to touch the thermostat. There was no housekeeping during the stay, same towels the whole time and trash not removed. Had to go to office to request more toilet paper and the worker seemed put out to give it to me. The adjacent room was noisy and hitting the wall at least twice a night. Coming from out of state, this was not a good showing of Pennsylvania. Please look for better options to stay at, if you choose to come to this area.

Don't stay there

It is so bad, Roaches don’t even want to live here. The service upon arrival was poor, the door had no lock, the room smelt terrible, the bathroom smelled like human urine, the shower and shower curtain had mold, the shower had no pressure, I had to lay towels out on the bathroom floor because the floor was filthy, even the towels had holes in them. The beds looked like they were just made from the previous people, when I lifted up the sheets there was a yellow stain. The headboard looked as if a Squirrel got ahold of it. The pillows were just rolled cotton in a sack. The chair in the room had stains on it. I have never been in a room that was so disgusting. And the price! You can’t buy bleach? New towels? New shower curtains? New sheets? And or pillows? How can you allow people to sleep here without a door lock? This place needs to be condemned!

Condemn this place

Wasn't expecting much from the initial look of this motel that had seen better days, but when the plumbing in the room stopped working properly, I decided to cut my losses and get out of there. The toilet remained stopped up after staff attempted to resolve and the water pressure in the shower was no more than a trickle of cold water.  Hardly enough to take a decent shower.   Normally I can make do but this spot is operating way below the minimum standards for similar establishments.

You get what you pay for.....period!

Doomed by misleading website. Stayed there 2 nights. Nobody took the trash out and cleaned the room. It was 1 bath towel  for 2 people. First room given to us had very bad smell, we had to move to another one. Refrigerator, microwave and wall A/C were ok. It was no water pressure to get the shower and a lot of noise from water in pipes.

Unsatisfied travellers

Very unpleasant experience.  Completely misleading images on the reservations. Com website. There was no hot water. We were told we would have to wait a couple of hours for the tank to fill they weren't expecting as many patrons to shower!!! Chairs were stained 2 pillows for 2 beds 1 bath towel 4 hangs towels and a bath mat. Very unpleasant experience.
