I have an old injury from a car wreck that caused me to have to quit my job which caused me to lose my car. I have been here for several months in order to be close to the couple of little jobs I worked until I got a better job which I have succeeded in doing now. I am only staying here because it is the least expensive place I could find close to my new better job. As soon as I can save enough to buy a car and get an apartment I will be out of here and never come back. It is terrible here....
The fire alarm rings all night sometimes making it impossible to sleep...I got 2 hours of sleep last night because it range off and on all night long. It is incredibly loud. So   loud the ear plugs hardly muffle it. I have had to pack up everything in my room at least a half a dozen times for the place to be fumigated & sprayed for roaches and other bugs. Then the problem is a little better for a few days before there are roaches every where again. There is a gap at the bottom of the door to my room that is nearly 1/2 wide so bugs of all kinds come in through that gap.
I guess the only reason the place isn't crawling with rats is because there are at least a dozen feral (probably more) cats that live around the dumpster. The cats themselves are pretty bad...they are nasty and unhealthy.
I'm not a cop but I do have eyes and ears and I am almost 100% sure that drug dealers and prostitutes live and do business here. The management seems not to care or may even to support it.
I hate being here and the moment I have saved enough cash to get to almost any other place to live near my work I will be out of here so fast your head will spin.
Don't stay here even for a night unless you are desperate as I was when I got here. I have been doing my best to work my way to a better place but it takes time. In the meantime I am miserable almost every day at the InHouse Suites in Homewood at Wildwood.  DON'T COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER HALF DECENT CHOICE!

I guess it could be worse but it's pretty terrible

The attendant William was very professional and presidential throughout the entire check-in and check out process. He physically verified that the room was clean and comfortable before he gave me the room keys. He displayed excellent customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Your neighbors can hear every single breath you take the walls are so thin. I could hear my neighbors cell phone vibrating next door from my bathroom. There are bugs everywhere. And not JUST roaches. Spiders. Stink bugs. Gnats. You name it. The rooms are extremely outdated. The mattress is uncomfortable on top of being covered in plastic so when you roll over in bed it sounds like you're sleeping on a used condom. Which leads me to my next point: there is CONSTANTLY trash, used condoms, and syringes in the parking lot. We've picked up a lot of them ourselves to keep the kids (who are buck wild and smashed multiple car windows in with rocks) from getting ahold of them. The office staff are extremely unprofessional. They WILL (and I know this from experience) kick you and your entire family out on the street. I have a 6 month old and they made me leave, even went as far as calling the police, bc my child was too loud and I was "talking in the bathroom" (remember, you can hear your neighbor peeing in their toilet). Now my 6 month old and myself and my husband are crammed into a 2008 hyundai left finding somewhere else. I have a lawyer and I will be handling this in court. Bc not only will they kick you out for seemingly nothing, but they will keep every dollar they owe you.

If I could leave a 0 I would.

The manager really is a joke.. She let's everything from drug dealing to complete lack of property management and lot lizards.. RIDICULOUS for a place you pay over 300$ a week.. The rooms are terrible and small, roaches in cabinets and bathroom.. Old mattresses on beds, mold on ceilings, no house keeping,, sinks are clogged,, just sad to know they have a manager letting all this go on an don't care.. We had to clean our own carpets, Just look at the pictures..A total garbage place, don't never stay there... Unless you want bugs crawling on your floor an just nasty people around with no jobs, except drug dealing,an parking lot lizards ready to give it up.. Stay there and it's on you.. Sad, Nasty place.. You couldn't pay me to stay there again EVER..

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Booked the room over one month ago, but it was canceled the same day I arrived. The rude lady behind the desk blamed me not pick up her call as if I was the one who oversell its property. And she refused to find an alternative. Not recommend to stay there even if it is cheap.

NOT recommended to stay

Horrible experience. We alll know these are bare bones type places but they should at least be clean and secure.  Not this place. Nothing but problems. Trash everywhere in parking lot.  Threw trash and cigarette butts on my car and around it.  Seedy chare ters.  One guy sat on stairs blocking way to room all night security did nothing.  Door would not lock and close right.  Security told me to just lock myself in for the night. Roaches, burnt up bedspread with cigarette butts, old and nasty sheets and bedspread.  Had to go buy sleeping bag blanket pillows etc frok walmart just to make it through night.  They promised to refund my money becuase door would not,shut right and had a huge crack that could be jimmied open from outside and let all the air escape making roomhotmand let bugs in.  Roaches in cabinets and bathroom including shower. Promised to refund my moneymas i checked out that next morning and two weeks later still fighting for my money.  Instead of refunding my money they actually charged me two more times, stealing my money.  Having to report thrm for fraud and unauthorized charges to my card.  Dont be deceived. Its a dump. Go elsewhere. This one is not worth it. Trust me.

Stay away

The alarm kept goiing off in the room next door. The guy in that room was so high on whatever that he couldnt hear it. I stayed 7 days. Within those 7..I had to call the front desk. To come knock on his door.literally kicking it to awakin the man. The alarm went of for hours.in the a.m and starting at 9 in the evening. Tried to het moved and I was told no abail...then called Hotels.com and got a free nite to use after 3 daus of checkout. Total disapoimtmemt. Hou pay to relax and cant relax

The room my traveling companions were in was extremely loud and they were unable to rest. And called the office several times but no matter what was said it didn't get better until the manager changed their room then they were able to rest the last two nights.

Loud neighbors

It was fair. 1st five nights was exstreamly noisey the guest were loud next door and above making it impossible to sleep at night or relax during the day. But when I spoke to management we were given a different room and that kindness made up for it. The other room I stayed in had no such problems.

Accommodating

The hotel rooms smelled like stale Smoke. The elevator was very creepy and got stuck between floors. The staff was not very friendly. They said when I booked they excepted Animals then when I checked in they don't. But after staying 2 nights 60 percent of the residents had pets.
