My wife, three boys and I spent the last week in one of concorde TownHouse.   We used to stay  there  (6 times) when the boys were younger.  Once again we were not disapointed.  Very clean et comfortable town house at 3 minutes walk fron the beach.  15 minutes walk from downtown so not too noisy and the beach not too crowded.  We appreciate very much the host Claire who speaks a very good french!  Quality and confortable condo for the price compare to other locations near by.  Merci Claire pour le beau séjour et je vous souhaite un bel été.  Hope to visit you again in the years to come.

Close walk to the beach; not too far to the pier but far enough away that it was quiet. We had our 7 month old son and the room was perfect for his pack and play. The kitchenette was convenient so we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff was. It felt like a home away from home during my trip and when I come back, I certainly plan on staying here again.

Our stay was just as we had hoped. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also had a room with an open kitchen area and the fact that it had dishes, cookware and untesils was great. The staff was very helpful and we definitely will be returning there again.

After a year and a half of working crazy hours my husband and I were looking for a nice place to relax and just enjoy doing nothing. We wanted a place that had a kitchen so that we wouldn’t have to stress about feeding 2 teenage boys constantly. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for and the price was great. We had a 2 bedroom townhouse which gave everyone the privacy we needed. A full kitchen and a grill off the back patio. The beach was less then a 3 minute walk and the boardwalk was a nice 15 minute walk. Our teenagers loved the hot tub and pool. This will be our go to spot from now on when we head to Maine.

Very nice motel, clean, quiet. The owner was very nice and helpful with places to eat. Very close to the beach. We’ll go back in two weeks with the kids.

The condition of the property and he service of management is great. It is close enough to the attractions.

The townhouse was so comfortable and nice. So close to the shops and beach!

The studio space was nice. I had a very good time there

Stay at Concorde TownHouse...encore!!!

Much needed vacation

I stayed waited my husband and I was charged foran extra person which I thought was kind of odd but the suite itself was pretty cute. It was a typical beach motel set up. There were some stains on the couch so we didn’t use that but it was clean other than that. Very close to beach access. About a 17 minute walk to the pier.

Great motel just a few blocks walk from the beach! Sweet little efficiencies with full kitchen and separate bedroom.  Ours was on the ground floor so we entered thru the locking slider, bonus for safety peg at the top of the door, helped keep our escape artist autistic son from leaving the room. Room was very clean overall, sofa and sofabed seemed new, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. We has a shag carpet that smelled a little bit musty, just got some carpet cleaner powder and used the provided vacuum and much better. Small issue with one of the TV's, the owner came over to troubleshoot and called cable company, was fixed later that afternoon. There is free Wi-Fi, it was a little bit spotty, but that is kind of to be expected at a motel. No room cleaning service due to Covid, but that did not bother us at all. They came around with fresh towels every morning. Great pool, my son spent the majority of his time there!  The owners were very pleasant, overall we had a great stay and would stay there again if at OOB!

Once a year I stay in Old Orchard Beach - the night prior to a fund raising ride for Parkinson's.  I have tried a number of hotels - always disappointed.  The Concorde had decent reviews so I tried.

Very impressed with the room.  The bed was extremely comfortable.  Hung out in the hot tub and took a dip in the pool.

I will book them next year.

A Gem of a Place

We stayed here with 4 people. It was about what we expected. The Concorde is a decent walk from the main area of Old Orchard Beach pier - about 0.7 miles, though there is beach access 2 blocks away. We stayed in a suite with a double-bed and a sofa bed, not one of the tonwhouse options. Overall, we slept comfortably, though sofa beds are always a little rough. And, when the sofa bed is opened, the living room area shrinks considerably. It also came with a kitchenette, with refrigerator, electric stove, cookware and dinnerware (but I do not remember if all rooms include a kitchenette). It also had two flat screen TVs. The bathroom was clean. We did not use the outdoor pool, since it was on the cold side when we went. It was our first stay in Old Orchard Beach and overall, this place seemed better than the other options we saw on the main strip.

Good value

The Concorde would be the only place we will stay if we decide to visit Old Orchard Beach again.  The room was beautiful, with crisp white bedding. It reminded us of a smaller version of a master bedroom at home. The bed was very comfortable too. Our night was quiet, without the usual motel noise from neighbors. The motel is a 3 minute walk from the beach, which is gorgeous, and a less than 5 minutes to the Pier. The owners are right there and are very nice, and there are assigned parking spaces which cant be said for all the motels in the area. In a nutshell, the Concorde is a great place to stay.

Would stay again

This Hotel was absolutely spotless. Do clean, from the room to the pool to the grounds. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and a quick ride uvabout 15 minute walk to the boardwalk.  I guess I only had one complaint,  no paper towels or napkins in the kitchenette! But I wouldn't even call that a complaint, these people were so wonderful I'm sure they would have provided if I asked. I highly recommend this Hotel!

Beautiful place, small and quaint

We have been staying at the Concorde each summer for a number of years.  The townhouses are very clean and the owner lives on location, so she I see available to address ant concerns.  Each townhouse is nicely decorated and has plenty of room for our 4-person family, along with all of our belongings.  The pool is clean and inviting.  The establishment is less than a five minute walk to the beach.  It is close enough to walk to the center of Old Orchard Beach, but far enough that there is no noise from the attractions.  We love the Concorde and hope to continue staying there in the years to come.

I stayed in Townhouse #4 with a couple friends and it was delightful. I typically stay in hotels but this was a very nice change to get the real OOB experience. The furniture is all new and nice. The place is extremely clean, which was awesome. Appliances and bathrooms are old but just fine. It is a very short walk to the beach. I wish we had been able to stay longer!
