Covered Bridge House

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Covered Bridge House that included MLK Day - our first visit. The rooms and other interior are beautifully decorated in what I’d call an antique country style. 
We were very comfortable, enjoyed delicious breakfasts and were well cared for by the hosting couple. A hot tub is available though we didn’t peruse it. 
Trust we will visit again sometime when we are back up in the North Conway area.

We have returned again and again to this lovely inn!  If you are visiting the White Mountains, this is the perfect place to stay.  Dan and Nancy are exceptional innkeepers and their property along the Saco River makes for a perfect place to relax.  Do not miss their breakfast - it is incredible!

The Covered Bridge House is such a charming inn! We love comfortable accommodations, great hosts, delicious breakfasts, outdoor sitting areas and the mountains. The Covered Bridge House  exceeded our wishes in every way! Sitting and taking in the beauty of the river behind the inn provided the perfect place to have our morning coffee before enjoying a delicious breakfast! The Covered Bridge gift shop is an added bonus right there on the property. 

On our arrival we were greeted by Nancy and shown to our room on the first floor. This is a historical inn and the room features represented just that. The bed had a step stool to get into but the comfort was of modern times. The home cooked breakfast was delicious.
We enjoyed our 3-night stay very much.

The Covered Bridge B&B is such a nice place.  We stayed on 7/25 and 7/26/23.  The backyard was beautiful and peaceful with the adirondack chairs and river flowing.  We had pizza and wine on the patio.  The rooms are so historic and cozy.  Very clean!  The covered bridge gift shop had everything you could want and it was an actual covered bridge.  Dan & Nan were great hosts helping us with directions.  The breakfast was superb ... not one yolk broken on the sunny side eggs!  There is always coffee, tea and plenty of wine glasses available.  I would DEFINITELY recommend staying here for a peaceful, relaxing stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Covered Bridge House. This was exactly how I pictured a New England bed and breakfast: primitive/colonial decor, warm, cozy bed and delicious  breakfasts. The fireplace in the living room was wonderful too. The Inn was very clean and the hosts were friendly but not intrusive. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an incredible experience at the B and B.  The hosts are amazing and the inn is immaculate and very well maintained!!  Extremely reasonable!  The free tubing along the River was an added bonus.  The breakfasts are delicious!!!  Strongly recommend!

My husband and I just had a wonderful stay at the Covered Bridge House over father's day weekend, 2021.
Nancy and Dan pay attention to every detail from towels for the hot tub to delicious homemade breakfast options (including otherworldly freshly baked muffins).
We stayed in the Crawford Notch Room and experienced a pristinely clean and comfortable space.
We enjoyed fly-fishing in the Saco, and returning to a soak in the hot tub right outside our door.
The ambiance Nancy and Dan create - from the Mason Jar lights in the trees to the assortment of interesting antique books at the bedside table make for a unique and memorable experience.
The outdoor highlights are second to none - from the White Mountains National forest, the Saco river at the back door, the charming covered wood bridge, to the Adirondack chairs positioned just so around the fire pit and by the riverside - you can do nothing less than relax and let the tranquility take hold.
Highly recommend and looking forward to my next stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Covered Bridge House. Our room was so comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome by our gracious hosts, Dan and Nancy. The  beautiful setting by the river and the landscaping, beautiful flowers all made enjoying the grounds very special. The breakfast every morning was amazing. We definitely will try to return to beautiful New Hampshire and the Covered Bridge House!

All our expectations were met. We had a wonderfulaawaawadds stay at the BnB. It was our first time and we were smitten. Nancy and Dan are so attentive. This house is cozy,warm and country shabby chic just how I like it.

Wonderful Romantic Weekend

This is an absolute gem, we were there just after Christmas and over the New Year and the house was decorated beautifully. The breakfast provided was incredible, freshly prepared and different each morning and enough to keep us going all day. Another great idea is their pantry where you can make a coffee or store a bottle of wine in the fridge.
Dan and Nancy are great host's and very informative, and of course the covered bridge is right beside the property.
I could not recommend any higher.
