This hotel is located only two miles north of the Visitor Center for Acadia National Park, and four miles from the downtown of Bar Harbor. Every trip to and from the entire week took five minutes or less. We had our own parking spot all week. Free coffee that was good and we never bought any out. Very clean room, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Bigger refrigerator than most similar rooms. Never heard a sound from the outside when we were inside. The proprietors were very nice and hard working people. I’m absolutely going to return to this hotel on my next visit to Bar Harbor, Maine.
