This place is a quaint setting outside of town. Park right at your door

The rooms were very clean and parking was available right across from our unit. The AC worked great and the staff i encountered were very friendly.We drove 10 hours to get there and when I realized we would not be there before the office closed I called and left a message for someone to call back and let us know what to do. I waited about 3 hours and called and left another message, still no call back. Called again about 2 hours later and someone answered and let me know what to do, but they never apologized for not responding at all. Other than that, the room was great for the price.

Admittedly not to be confused with a five star hotel, but this older motel is charming, quaint, and clean. We enjoyed a comfortable King bed and a light breakfast was included. The staff was friendly. We were delighted, and extended our stay by an extra night.

I liked the outdoor seating areas and the set up of our room. I dont know if every room is like this, but our 2 queen beds were separated by a sliding door. Nice for us with small children cause they could go to sleep and we could still go on moving around in our room!

For the price it was beyond wonderful. In need of updating but absolutely wonderful.

Reminded me of the Motels of the past - VERY CLEAN & SECLUDED!

Great location... continental breakfast, clean and comfortable. If you're looking for luxury this is not it. But clean , comfortable, and really good location.. yes

My husband and I enjoyed our stay during our recent visit to Acadia. I liked that we had designated parking outside of our room. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The facility is old which is noticed with our bathroom floor sagging and the pool being in bad shape. I was surprised how junky the office looked considering how nice the outside of the motel looked and the cleanliness of our rooms. The spot is within walking distance to several other hotels and restaurants and the free bus.

We were so pleased with how clean the room at this motel was! Also though the room had no amenities to speak of (no bar soap, lotion, tissues), the bed was very comfortable. The manager was very polite and friendly. She worked hard to prepare breakfast to go bags with many choices. Thank you, Yalandi!

We only stayed for 1 night while in Bar Harbor but the location was excellent. Only 6 minutes from town. The room was very large and spacious and very clean. It's definitely  a bit dated but the cleanliness made up for that. There is a stove, fridge and sink that were probably from the 1950s or 60s but all working and sort of charming. We got to choose a continental breakfast and pick it up in a bag in the office in the am which was convenient. The bed was king and huge. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was clean, but incredibly old and outdated. Our coffee pot was broken and the fridge was very noisy, but we just chose not to use them. We didn’t bother calling for replacements.  Overall, it was a comfortable bed to sleep in, hot water for the shower, and a great location for Acadia and Bar Harbor.

The room was quaint with a homey feel.  The staff kept the room very clean.  Very few amenities.  Room included a small refrigerator, television, heat, a/c, 2 sitting chairs, queen bed and night stands.  There was no room for anything else.  There was 2 chairs and a table outside the door of each unit.  The room was VERY CLEAN.  The bed was comfortable.

Nice suite, comfortable beds.Everything was clean as well. Enjoyed the kitchenette, slightly disappointed we couldn't actually use the stove. But it was a nice room. Only comnent is, sink handles on bathroom faucet eouls come off and didn't work well. But it looked lije they were refurbishing things so that may be a nonissue

Nice Place

Good - Location close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Found great price when I booked. Service personnel were very friendly and provided daily service despite Covid. Room clean and comfortable. Bathtub/shower with good hot water. Good heat/AC. Room was quiet. WiFi was fine even near the end of the motel. Coffee machine with coffee, fridge, and microwave.

Disliked · Just little annoyances. No sink stopper. A bit of peeling paint on sink top. Heat difficult to control with thermostat (but plentiful). Carpet was a bit old and worn.

Good value stay

We recently stayed for a two-family trip of 8 people and reserved two rooms with kitchenettes. The accommodations were just right for us! It was clean, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful and they truly added to the experience! Each night we enjoyed the outside area together and other guests joined us too! We used the chiminea and had s’mores, used the tables to play card games under the stars, played frisbee and the kids had easy access to homemade ice cream next door and miniature golf across the street! The only thing we could suggest to improve would be to have access to a grill for cooking outside.  We had a great experience and will definitely stay again in the future! 
**the pool was closed but did not miss it with the weather

Amazing family vacation location

Staff was friendly and helpful to our needs and requirements. The pool was not in working condition but it was to cold to swim anyhow. The place is old but maintained pretty good. We had  comfortable stay and would do it again. They even have a fire place where we brought our own firewood from next door and gathered with other travelers for a night of libations and music.
