Very reasonable rate... Convenient location... Room was comfortable

Very clean and rooms were nice. Customer service was great, I left my laptop and they offered to help ship it to me.

A bit far from some places but very clean very awesome and secure

Had a great stay here, the staff was excellent, there’s a decent convenience store just a ; minute walk away for snacks or any small items you may need, a few restaurants within walking distance like Denny’s and a waffle house, also a restaurant with great food at a nearby hotel with great service, I took this trip solo to visit the circuit of the americas for the MotoGP weekend and this location was perfect, I’ll definitely stay her again

Good hotel. Clean and reasonably priced..

Basic hotel, but nice and comfortable. I found out they do have hairdryers at the front desk if you ask, but they are not in the rooms. No special amenities, but I really didn’t need any for the short stay. Really nice for the price!

The staff were nice at this location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the door to the rooms have an open gap at bottom, which makes it noisy when people are in the hallway. The doors are also heavy so that when closing, it makes a slamming noise which is disturbing when people are leaving their rooms.

We stayed the night before our early flight. Room was comfortable. Small but more than enough just to sleep. Staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was quiet. I do wish they had coffee makers in the rooms because we had to leave before coffee was ready downstairs. It’s about a 2 minute drive to The parking spot west of you are leaving your car.

I had left my charger in a hotel I stayed for a sales meeting and the hotel claimed they couldn't find it two hours later, Motel 6 receptionist not only instructed me where I could buy a replacement closeby, they also gave me a charger to use overnight, so I had enough charge for my boarding pass thr next day. Awesome 👍

Exceptional service

I'm 50 years old, I've stayed in a lot of Motel 6's in my life. This was by far the absolute cleanest Motel 6 I've ever seen.  Clean to a different degrer. There were refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, nice flat screen TVs. Carpet was perfect, everything looked brand new. There was about a 1-in gap under the door that I didn't like, but I just put a towel in front of that. The showers could have had larger seats to sit down, there's a seat on either end and no bath. But some rooms may have a bath, I'm not sure. Otherwise this was just about the most perfect Motel 6 experience ever. It was just extremely pristine. I can't express the cleanliness of this place. Extremely impressed.

The motel is ideally located between the airport and the city center. Especially if someone cares about good access to both places. Equipment in good condition. Clean. Parking.On the other hand, the motel does not have the ability to purchase coffee and the area around the motel is a bit suspicious. We did not feel completely safe there.

This motel 6 studio at the airport was amazing compared to the run down other motel 6 at the airport. It was super clean and inviting. When booking I thought it was the same motel 6 (there are 2 airport motels 6’s in Austin) as there was no clear distinction between the two. My 11yo and I had a tragic occurrence at the crappy one and then got to this one and we’re quite relieved. The manager Ruth was amazing and the front desk guy Alejandro was compassionate and kind when I was having a mental breakdown after dealing with the terrible other airport motel 6. I hope they are both recognized as outstanding employees! Thank you for making me feel better and treating me with professionalism and kindness.

Go here not to the other motel 6 Austin airport!

It’s a motel. So a very good motel. Great for our 1 night stay. If I was staying for a week I may go else where. Only because I miss the iron/board. Ice machine is only on the first floor. Ect. Nothing big. Room was good size, clean. Water pressure was very weak but not enough to worry about for one night.
