close near to the venue we were going and and the only negative thing about the hotel is there was no ice machine

The front desk staff is excellent. They made my stay great!

Friendly staff, super easy check in.  Allowed me for early check-in so i really did appreciate it.

Stayed at this property several times because it’s convenient and the staff is on point. The rooms are always clean and the property is well kept. I will definitely choose this property when I’m in Austin.

Front doors were scraping on the concrete, probably need to be rehung or something. Made it hard for a couple of folks who were in wheelchairs to get in the door.

Awesome property. We are not from Austin but felt safe and parking lot is well lit at night. The rooms are clean and smell great. This property looks new. As far as amenities they offer coffee but not decaf.  One thing I’d like to change are the beds. I wish beds were king size. Pillows could be a little more firm. But overall we liked this property and the staff are awesome.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. My room was clean and spacious. Additionally there is a wonderful walkway around the entire hotel with several accessible entrances . There are railways the entire length for stability. The management staff are very friendly and helpful and housekeeping staff are always available for any questions.

the property is fairly new, its clean & the staff is very nice... good choice for a quick affordable stay

Great for traveling

This hotel is geared towards long term stays. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a full size fridge, large microwave and a two burner cook top. No pots, pans, or dishware. No coffee maker in the room. Minimal towels. Basic room. Pet friendly but read the fine print. They have a $200 per pet fee. We agreed to $50 for one night. The bed was comfortable and the room was good for our one night stay travelling through Austin.

Basic Accommodation

As usual, Woodspring Suites Austin Central was a 10 out of 10!!! Friendliest staff always with great customer service! We arrived kind of late and saw it was a little line, but the young lady still had a smile on her face diligently helping each customer. Also it was still plenty of parking out front, which was great! The room was great, very spacious! Everything was cleaned. The bed was super soft and comfy! And extremely quiet our entire stay. I also loved how cool the air was coming in from that miserable TX heat! Honestly, there are no complaints. Will definitely stay here again and again! 100% recommend. And it's super convenient to everything you may need. Food, shopping, etc!
