It was aq very nice experience. Front desk agent was very helpful.as well as courteous.

Dirty dirty dirty … no towels no soap no toilet paper no maid service… lucky I was transferring to another base and had everything.

We love staying here when visiting and the staff is always accommodating and pleasant. The hotel is clean smelling and rooms are always nice

I like the amenities of the property but I think they can truly upgrade the parking in the rear! It's too small!!!

It was great and the staff was wonderful! We've decided to make this our go to place when in town.

The people were fantastic—helpful, cheerful, and ready to answer questions. The building is showing its age. The kitchenette in my room had a leaky faucet and there was an obvious burn mark next to the back electric burner. The security door only latched on its own about half the time. Also, the free wifi is for basic service. If you want real wifi speed, you must pay for it.

It’s a very Clean place! Carol, the manager and Courtney, the assistant manager are wonderful! As well as the other staff. Everybody’s professional, courteous and friendly! I love staying here! It’s the most pet friendly place I’ve ever been to. We were able to have both of our dogs for free! The staff are friendly with our dogs too.

Most pet friendly and fun, safe place to stay

Let see, I will start with parking. The parking lot was always spotless. Oil but no trash at all. Plenty of parking spaces. When i walked in the door. It smelt so fresh and clean. The doggy treats are a cute touch. The staff lit up the room.  Everyone had the biggest smiles and a warm, friendly personality. Courtney was extremely informative about my stay. Was very eager to help with anything I needed. Honestly she had me laughing the whole time. Really made me feel at home. So did Mrs. Carol my second favorite. she had excellent people skills and was so sweet. the rooms where clean and everything was in the room. whatever i needed housekeeping was johnny on the spot. lol the only complaint is the is no lamps or coffee machines. what hotel doesn't have a lamp in the room? the lighting is awful! like you are under a heat lamp.

Home away from home

I've been staying here at the Woodspring Suites for over a year and a half now, to the point where i always call my weekly payment my rent at this point and the staff seem to know me on sight now. I've seen the General Manager position change atleast 2 times that i know of but the current GM is quite nice and she always is very sweet to me when i see her. I dont cause any trouble, pay my rent on time, and as a result its been a wonderful win-win, hotel gets money, i get a lovely place i can call home~ I've never had any serious issues at this hotel in my entire time living here- its close to where i work- is more affordable than anything else in the area and has conviences over an apartment. Ultimately the internet while finnicky at times gets the job done- Towels, linens, bathroom curtains, and Toilet Paper are complimentary and replacable upon request, alongside vacuums and the like for keeping your room tidy inbetween visits from cleaning staff. I've had alot of memories here over my time living here- and look forward to being here for a good long while to come.

An Oasis in Augusta

The room  was VERY clean,  orderly,  everythng we needed for a great stay!!!
Bed really fresh and clean... as was the bathroom. 
We stay in hotels across USA... 
after stays that are not to pleasant...
I have to give a great shout out to Woodspring Suites on Riverwatch Road....
Upon arrival....
I was handed a room key,  requested to go look at the room to make sure it was acceptable to me.
How nice! 
Never had that before... I've been the one to ask to see the room before paying....
Upon my approval of the room and I pay....
Mikaela wanted to do an orientation with me....
I was blown away...
I've never had this done before.... 
she  reviewed everything we needed to know...
ie... where the trash dumpster was located,  vendy machine,  laundry room and how much it costs etc...
I knew I had to let the manager know how great Mikayla did taking care of us...
Upon meeting the manager...
Ms. LaShawn...
I immediately understood why the staff excelled in customer service!!!
Ms.LaShawn definately leads by example and takes great care of her staff and in return they do a fabulous job!!!....I loved witnessing her management skills.... while packing up to leave... to our surprise... someone brought the luggage cart to our door for us....
Best stay ever!!

A++++ stay!!

I’ve had an AWESOME stay, the suites are impeccably clean. The General Manager Ms. LaShawn Fryer, is the BEST. She makes sure you’re pleasantly comfort and your room is immaculately clean, if there’s a problem or issue she will fix it right there and then. They have a nice hotel that’s clean and beautifully painted. When I need something or have an question she’s there on duty ready to make your experience an pleasant one. She has an awesome staff as well, Destiny is very friendly, helpful, with a warm and friendly smile. Ruben, the maintenance man is very friendly and hard working. I’m handicapped  and needed some help getting to my room after, coming in from the store, and he went out of his way to help me, and he didn’t complain one bit he was happy to help. This is the best family oriented hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Kudos and a great big thanks to Ms. LaShawn Fryer and her staff. They go BEYOND and ABOVE the call of duty. Thank you guys 🥰😁😁😁

Adriane B. Best Hotel Out of All The Rest🤗

I have nothing but nice things to say about this location and its staff. Everyone I've met at the front desk whether during the day or night have been amazing, polite and helpful. The housekeepers are extremely nice and great at their jobs. Even the maintenance man was very polite and easy to conversate with, very personable. The room was clean when I checked in, great water pressure and temperature of the hot water lasts a HOT minute. Fridge was immaculate. 10/10 to everyone here.

Best hotel/extended stay hotel I've stayed in.

The room was nice and we loved that it was on the first floor, however the refrigerator still had the last guests food in it and shower and window sill had mold build up. The young lady Addie was very polite!
