From the time we arrived, the service and professionalism shown were exceptional. We visited the restaurants but didn’t eat at any of them. We bad 2 “not perfect” experiences but they were not enough to make me downgrade my rating. 1. The hotel’s lighting is dark - intentionally. While being escorte down one of the hallways by a attendant to the elevator to take us to the rooftop bar, that happy to be crowded at the time, my bf hit his arm on one of the dark doorknobs on one of the dark doors and injured himself. He began to bleed onto his beautiful white and expensive shirts. The attendant was helpful and immediately went to obtain bandaids. We had to go back to our room to get the blood out and dry the shirt. The ambiance is nice in the hotel but it is a bit dark. 2. When we arrived at the rooftop bar, we were unable to get drinks. We would have had to wait 20-25 minutes and we were now time constrained as we had dinner reservations. The hotel is in a really cool and vibrant area. We walked to our restaurant and felt safe. We would definitely stay here again.
