The space in the rooms can't be beat. It's secluded enough so you have privacy it seems. The rooms are always very clean and tidy. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The worse sheets dirty feces on walls hair on pillows bed was being held by brick towels dirty rude service drawing on walls do not stay here this place  should be shut down the room smelled so much smoke we booked it because everyone was booked it's just nasty and did not stay went looking for something else they still charged me 400.and I didn't even stay my baby is only 2 a day has bad allergies all that clerk said is speak to my manager and didn't refund my money back don't stay here 

Worst I have ever never been so discussed in my lifetime sheets dirty feces on Wall sheets had hair 

We recently travelled from Mexico to Canada and unfortunately chose to stay at this establishment - the towels and sheets were dirty, there was trash on the floor under the furniture including a condom wrapper, only porn channel available in TV, and management unprepared to even discuss a refund - it's not in their policy! I would love to see their policy and know how they treat all their customers. Paying over 200 dollars a night is a complete rip-off and not one word of apology for the terrible service we received.
This place needs to be closed down or reported before someone gets ill from staying at this place.

Disgustingly dirty and terrible service

I would actually give it NO stars, but that's not an option.  We only stayed here because they advertised "Pet Friendly" and we were two cars, and four dogs.  The rooms were dirty (I never took my shoes off), the sheets worn (and one room had dirty sheets); there were holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper.  Found a beer can and open condom wrapper behind the bed looking for a plug (the plug came out of the wall).  The tv only had a porn channel.  When the manager came to have housekeeping change the sheets, his answer to resolve the tv issue was, "Let me bring you another tv."  Really.  Not the best neighborhood; pretty sure the "lady" in the parking lot was awaiting a customer.  Stay ANYWHERE but here.

Unless you need a mirrored with with only porn on tv, aviod this place at all costs!!

On arrival we were told we were lucky we booked the last two available rooms. We phoned ahead the night before as we are traveling with 4 small dogs and he said that wouldn't be a problem. 

We checked in, declined the offer to check room beforehand as paying $200 dollars a night per room we expected it to be of good quality. 

Settling in we started to discover odd things. Like bashed in front door that didn't have any safety locks. Wish I had a picture of that door. 

After driving for over 12 hours we were too tired to be bothered initially and after a short rest we took a shower. One towel was so dirty it was unusable. We started noticing other odd things like a really old grungy toilet seat and no lid, toilet paper plugging holes in the wall (less than half a roll to use), the sink plug was broken and the sheets were dirty. 

We tried to watch tv but only had a porn Chanel. Not a big deal so just turned off the tv. 

Moved a chair to look for a power contact and there we found the prize of all prizes. An empty beer can, a empty condom wrapper, a Toilet paper twist and a bandaid. 

This was the last straw. We called front desk to tell them we had a complaint and they would come and see. 

We showed the manager's wife everything and she said she would be right be back with clean sheets and towels and clean the room. We asked if at the same time someone could fix the tv. 

I swear it was something out of a
Monty Python skit. 

The husband (manager) said we move to a new room (odd because it was suppose to be the last two rooms that we took). He said he could NOT offer a refund or discount because we declined to look at the room first. 

He could not change the porn off the tv and offered to bring in a new tv. It was enough for us and we asked him to leave. 

The owner of this hotel should offer us a full refund and clean up their hotel.
