The Balfour was a great experience for myself & fiance over the past weekend. The staff was knowledgeable and nice overall. The room was clean and organized with the basic amenities you would expect such as working tv & wifi, with a strongly working air conditioner in the room which is important for a very humid area in Miami.I've been coming here for a number of years so I've went thru the multiple changes it gone thru over the time.The checkout process was simple and straightforward as service at the front desk is actually 24hrs. The gentleman there helped me logout around 4AM to get our ride to the airport so they're very responsive and courteous overall.To be unbiased, I have to share a small negative. I wish there was more food options on their menu for breakfast & dinner. But other than that it's all good. Will be back again soon!
