The Hallmarc Inn was worlds better than the property we stayed at the previous night, and less expensive.  Cheerful staff, nice breakfast, clean room.

Very very nicely kept. Very accommodating staff. Food options close by.

I like how it can be for a “one-night” kind of night where it’s wild or even a multiple night stay that’s calm. No problems in my 2-night stay! I went to this hotel for my birthday events, and this hotel got the job done for my activities. Only complaint is that my room never got cleaned for my 2nd night stay; I even requested that they cleaned it as I was to be gone majority of the day and come back that night. I had to come in that night and atleast ask for more towels from the front desk as other services wasn’t available. Glad I cleaned up a bit myself prior and it wasn’t a huge mess! Overall, a good and comfortable stay. Housekeeping needs to be a bit better.

The room was perfect. Just what we needed after being on the road all day. Two double comfy, clean beds, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, air conditioning, nice bathroom, tv. It met our needs completely and we fell right asleep.

Really nice room at a reasonable cost. I was comfortable and slept well.

Will visit again. Desk attendant was nice. Room was clean. Overall great experience. Nothing at all to complain about. Everything as far as utilities were in great working condition. I’ll definitely be back for sure.

I was working in Memphis and stayed here for 3 weeks. The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Normally I would never let my family stay in the places that I stay in for work but I wouldn't have a problem with staying here with them. Most rooms are newly remodeled. I will definitely go back here in the future 

The cleanliness and service was quick and easy. Room was neat and tidy even though ice machine was out

Very clean and reasonably priced 

Excellent location right on the interstate.  Hotel is older, but is VERY clean.  The room was nearly spotless - only thing needing attention was the bath mat, and it was more from age.  The room looks renovated in the last couple of years.  Granite/stone counter tops in bath and shower walls.  Fixtures are older, but have been well taken care of and were very clean.  Bed was comfortable.  Given the location right next to the road, it was quieter than you'd think.  This is not the Ritz by any means, but it is clean, comfortable, and super convenient.  Parking lot had cameras everywhere and was pretty well lit, which adds to the safety.  What more could you ask for?  The staff was also VERY friendly.  The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful.  For the little money this room cost, I have ZERO complaints.

Overall, a fantastic place to stay for the price. When I'm paying such a low amount per night, I do not have super high expectations. The room was not as clean as I would have liked and it definitely appeared to be an older room, but it fulfilled my family's needs perfectly (we needed an inexpensive room for one night to sleep/relax on the way home after a vacation). I would definitely recommend, but don't expect absolute perfection at this price.

Met Expectations!

The room itself was spotlessly clean and the woman who cleaned it was very friendly and nice.  We weren't there for the television but it would have been convenient to have better channels and more of them.  The bed was comfortable and we slept well there.  Once night the towels were scratchy.  We requested new towels and the new ones were much better.  Our lock and key card stopped working.  However the staff person was very cheerful about coming up promptly when we asked to open our door.  There were suspicious characters hanging out in the back parking lot late at night. Our tip is to ask for a room in the front facing the highway. The breakfast is mediocre.  The donut shop next door is great!  Overall we will probably return to this hotel when we next visit the Sultana Museum keeping in mind the price vs. amenities. It's a good value.

Me and my wife have stayed all over the city looking for the cheapest rates along with the other peace of mind needs, but when we started noticing this little hotel on our way to the city we decided to give it a try ....we started coming to the hotel quiet frequently and each time we were never dissatisfied with our stay highly recommend

Great service clean rooms 

The 1st assigned room was the booked room two beds, non smoking.  But it has no pillows,  no  bed covers. The front deck assigned to another room which has strong smoking odors.  The bedding sheets had a lot of rinkles. The floor has paper chips and the coffee maker was dirty.

Older hotel with surprisingly modern upgrades. Well kept, well lit, and plenty of parking. Reasonable pet fees ($5/ night per pet). A little too much traffic noise on the interstate side and the cleanliness of the bathtub surround was questionable. Otherwise, it was a good value for a one night stay
