Very lovely place. We arrived late and left early. They waited for us arrival to give us a smooth check in and prepared welcome snack and breakfast for us. The bed is comfortable. Twin bedroom and king bedroom is connected. We definitely will have another stay in our future trip.

The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. The location is also very convenient.

One of my best stays! Not only was everything super comfortable but Kathryn was a lovely host. Made me feel like family. Highly recommend.

I didn't know what to expect but Deal's BnB definitely met and exceeded my highest expectations.Kathryn Deal was a wonderful host. She communicated with me before I arrived with easy checkin instructions.  When I arrived I had a nice clean room upstairs with my own bathroom and private deck.In the morning she had coffee ready to go at 6am and breakfast ready to eat by 7am.  I had to check out early and she whipped up a tasty meal for me before I headed out the door. It was like staying at my grandma's house how she took care of my me.I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in tbe area. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, well appointed room. Had everything we needed (even a corkscrew and bubble bath). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We met interesting people at breakfast each day. Host was friendly and helpful, a wellspring of local knowledge for dining and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

Delightful stay.  Friendly and hospitable innkeepers.  Breakfast was Wonderful!

Just like staying in your grandma’s house. The couple who run it are very nice and accommodating (for leaving luggage, for example).

This is a lovely home away from home. We atayed here our first night in Anchorage and decided to come back for our last one. The hosts are wonderful, warm and caring - lots of wonderful local recommendations. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Robes are an added bonus. Breakfast is freshly made. We hope to be back! Thank yoh Katherine for your wonderful hospitality!

A home away from home

Our stay here was wonderful. We checked in late after arriving by train from Seward around 10:30pm and Kathryn had left an envelope for us with instructions on how to access the property. Everything was easy to understand. The place is so cute and very clean. The bed was so comfy. I had notified Kathryn that we would need an early checkout since we had to be at the airport by 5:30am the nect morning and she so kindly left a to go breakfast for us in our room’s mini fridge. Everything was so accomadating and the overall experience was just great.

The owners of this air bnb were helpful and kind. We had a very late check in during our first stay at the beginning of our trip and check in was easy and clear. We were even left a delightful breakfast for the next morning as we had an early flight the next morning. We also stayed at Deal’s at the end of our flight which was equally delightful. The owner even did an “emergency” load of laundry for us (we never received our luggage during our 5 day stay on Kodiak but that’s another story..) . We would most definitely return.

My wife and I loved Deal's Bed & Breakfast.  The owners/proprietors - Kathryn and her husband - were very friendly, sociable and accommodating.  She made a lovely breakfast each morning and the guests ate family style in their lovely dining room.  The house was clean and charming and, well, homey!  The room was beautiful and well-equipped.  We really wanted to stay longer and enjoy the place some more.  I would highly recommend staying here.

Unfortunately we missed our stay here bc our plane was delayed, and we missed our connection. I probably would never book a hotel and pay in advance for Anchorage until you are 100% sure your flight is going. There are many hotels here. Communication with the hotel was easy, hence the rating. We never saw the hotel, but it was expensive for Anchorage (and even more so when you pay for a hotel you never get to).

Good communication, but missed reservation

We had a wonderful stay at Deal’s B&B. They were so accommodating and kept us up to date with info. The rooms and bathroom were beautiful and clean, with everything we needed including big thick bath towels. The hit breakfast buffet was wonderful and there was plenty of variety and lots of food. Wonderful facility! I give it 10 stars!!!

What a wonderful surprise for an overnight stay. Made to feel extremely welcome and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. They even pointed out a few interesting places for us to visit on our trip to Denali.Room was as shown in description and bed was huge and really comfortable.Breakfast was simple but ideal for our needs with hot and cold selection.

Amazing B&B to stay in Anchorage

Lovely home and room. We do not usually stay in bed and breakfast establishments. This one was excellent!  Large bedroom, nice king bed, private bath with very nice shower, very nice sheets and the largest, softest towels I’ve ever used. Also included its own private deck. Simply lovely. And easy to get to restaurants, movies, hiking and cycling. We booked room 2. We would definitely stay there again.
