Beautiful cabins with clean comfortable rooms.
Our suite had a full kitchen.
There is no nearby grocery store.
So bring any food you plan to cook.
Sunset Bar and Grill is simple but adequate.

Amazing accommodations, the staff was wonderful and Jenny was fantastic.  If you are looking to stay and fish this is the place for you.  Room was cleaned every day and after cleaning they left the porch light on so you arrived to a lit porch and easy to get in to room.

Location of this Inn is perfect, we were staying here for antelope hunt. The location put us right in the middle of public land for antelope, couple great lakes located nearby. . We stayed here in October 2023. We had an issue and Josh the manager resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this place if your looking to hunt, fish or just to get away to relax. Cabins were very clean and complete inside. General store on site with gas pumps, didn't get a chance to try the prepared food in general store( fresh pizzas, sandwiches). Would definitely come back here again, thanks for helping us Josh.

Super hosts that go above and beyond. Very helpful. The cabins are clean, modern, well-stocked, quiet, and reasonable. The store has essentials, gas, even yummy ice cream. The owner makes some great breakfast burritos. Everything is neat and clean outside and in.

The General Store & Cabins were both very clean.  The staff was very friendly and accommodating.   The cabins were well stocked with kitchen hardware & settings.  We had a queen bed, with bunk beds and a pull out sofa sleeper.  The accommodation had everything we wanted and we were not dissatisfied with anything.  I highly recommend these cabins and will certainly return.  For us, this was far better than making the drive all the way back to Casper.   

Been staying there over 20 years when I fish in WY...... Very comfortable place to lay your head in the evening..  Very clean and Brian the new owner is fantastic!! The price is great for lodging. Store has supplies if you need them.

Nice little cabin, was clean and comfortable.  Grill right out side of cabin.  Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely stay there again.   Lakes are very close good scenery. North Platte river runs close.

We had a great stay at the Inn at Alcova. Being pretty hardcore about fly fishing, this cabin is the perfect respite after a day battling wind on the river. Beds are good, shower is hot and they have all the kitchen stuff to get a meal warmed up and served. The store has improved with food choices as well as a cooler of beers. Best thing is the staff, Shelby and Josh went above expectations helping us jump a dead pick up then find numbers for a dang (insert other choice words) for a tow. Would’ve been a lot worse without their kindness. Probably won’t get that in Casper.

It’s important to understand this destination is primarily for amazing fishing adventure. That said, I must also mention I have fished around the world so I’ve stayed at both good, bad and ugly when it comes to lodging accommodations. The Inn at Alcova was one of the best stays I’ve ever enjoyed; not because it was five-star rating but more importantly, because the owners, staff and all concerned were amazingly friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, and everything could not have been more perfect. The general store has all you could need, the fly shop well stocked, they have gas’s, and they even have an ice cream parlor! I can’t wait to return! And yes, the blue ribbon fishing is as good (BETTER) than expected. A big shoutout to Shelby and Josh!

Have been staying at the Inn on/off for several years for 2-3 days each visit-accommodations are consistently clean, comfortable.  Caring, professional staff.  Basic food /outdoor items for sale in office as well as car fuel.

It can’t get any better than this…

I’ve been spending time in this area since 1988 and first stayed in The Inn at Alcova in 2012 - and been back every year since - often multiple times!  The accommodations are a delight and the proprietors always welcoming.  Always book my next trip when checking out.  The Inn is my home away from home!

A place called home!

We stayed at Sloane's for a week while hunting the area. Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and quiet after long days pounding boot leather and we needed a place to relax. They had most of the necessities and 24 hr gas if you don't want to make the 30 minute drive to Casper. Owners are super friendly and helpful with local info. 

A great place in the middle of hunting and fishing country

Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly and open.  They are familiar with the area fishing spots which was very helpful since it was our first time in Alcova. The cabin was perfect for us as it is certainly big enough and has all of the comforts of home. We will definitely come back as the fishing was outstanding and the cabins are located within a stone's throw to the fishing.

Great place to stay

The Inn at Alcova cabins are a great place to stay when you’re in the area visiting or fishing.  The owners, Brian and Jenny, are super friendly and accommodating. The cabins are clean and well cared for with all the amenities you would expect.  A great place to relax with friends after a fun day of fly fishing. I highly recommend! Bruce

Cabins - Inn at Alcova

We are very pleased, great accommodations, kitchen is well equipped, gas grill outside,we cook every night, saves a long ride to Casper. Neat, clean, little genetal store adjacent, has all kinds of stuff you need when fishing away from home. As we fish around the country this is one of the best values so far.
