We lucked out, I see after reading many of other reviews. We booked about 2 months in advance, only issue upon arrival, they were working on computer, so had to wait some time. The room was very clean, very good room service daily. Breakfast was good. One young lady working in am with food - excellent. The other young lady did very little in fact as little as possible. Jennifer was excellent at the front desk. One Manager, ?name, was excellent. The night staff was very good. Two wake up calls we requested did not come thru. We asked handy man to look at our TV - He did not - until he was told to by Manager. YES, they rented many rooms out - and that is all I know about that. We had NO issues with any of the residents. Occasionally one elevator got stuck, but the other two came thru. Elevators were checked as per regulations, at least that is what paperwork in elevator shows. Location was good, close to subway. Our room faced the street - quiet. once again, for us, it worked out well.
