275 reviewsmy room was nice, the hotel is in the heart of Manhattan a block from Macy's and Madison Square Garden, the desk clerks I had the pleasure of meeting were ESsence, who was Super friendly, she took the time out to happily, tell us fun things to do the first night of our stay in NYC,and i was having trouble with the free wi fi so essence took the time out to help me with my iPad log in the second Desk clerk I met was Maurice, Maurice went above and beyond the call of duty to print out menus and suggest places to go "Maurice we got those wings lol" we went to the places the two Essence and Maurice suggested and we will definitely be visiting this Hotel again because great customer service is EVERYTHING!!
