I had not stayed at Thompson brand of Hyatt before and absolutely loved it! The location of this hotel is perfect. Close to everything. The "vibe" (I hate using that word but..) is very cool. The decor of the room/bathroom was really interesting. Very masculine and cool. Loved the coffee table book too! Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint - if we can call it that - is that they provide powdered "coffee creamer" in the rooms. Bleh. I had just spent 3 nights at a Hilton Garden Inn in Ithaca and even them (horrid hotel) provided liquid coffee-mate "creamer".. I know, a small gripe and my life will go on having used the powered stuff.
