What was good
superb location ,handy to explore in any direction ,uptown, downtown , east or west with subway just metres away & Penn Station opposite . rooms are spacious & clean ,& staff are always helpful . Really good value as a budget type hotel.
What was bad
Have stayed many times & although the hotel could probably do with a makeover it was not a problem for me .

What was good
Location very central. Check-in was made easier by mobile staff located around Reception. We upgraded to the newly refurbished rooms. Very comfortable large bed, clean everywhere, bathroom had everything I needed. Shower was hot. Large room, enough space. Check-out was easy. Good experience and would visit again. Noise outside from sirens, car horns - but everyone would hear this noise in any hotel nearby.

So this is my second time there and the this time the room was ok i thought it was clean until i looked under the bed and realized that they never clean under the bed in my room nore did they clean the little fridge that was there!! So I asked for them to clean under the bed with great asurance that they would and the didn’t but being that i was only there two night there so much i cloud do. I wish that they would realy cle

This was our 3rd stay and we had a complimentary upgrade to the newly refurbished rooms. Breakfast for the entire stay was thrown in along with drink vouchers. Lovely and clean, staff amazing. Would recommend. Location is the best.

Nothing disappointed us. It was truly perfect.
