Had a situation where an elderly relative was travelling solo but their cell phone wasn't working.  All we knew was he was staying at the Ainsworth Inn. 
We called and the owner went out of his way to track our relative down and let him know loved ones were trying to find him.  He helped him re-start his iphone and get it working again.  Big, big shout out to the Ainsworth Inn!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The outside temperatures peaked at over 100 degrees during our stay.  Our room was clean and the air conditioner, while challenged, worked well. Our room was actually chilly when we woke the next morning. Their ice machine was out of order, so the hotel owner offered to go across the street and buy a bag of ice for us. I only needed a little ice for my drinks, so I told him not to worry. The hotel staff had some ice in a personal freezer that they shared with me, which was very thoughtful of them.

The place was clean and very comfortable. The staff had my reservation ready upon check-in.

Close to shopping, easy parking, cost for the stay.  Only complaint is that the shower/tub was very slippery and almost fell.

The desk clerk was very obliging about helping me figure out a problem with the wireless.  Friendly and helpful!

The room was very clean. Towels were thick.  The lady that checked me in was very pleasant. The only problem was the outside lights in the parking lot were not on. I had to use my flashlight to walk my dog. This wasn't a big deal because it's a small town and I felt very safe

I have visited 37 states in 7 trips travelling from Scotland, so I am something of a veteran of American hotels. The customer service I received at this hotel was by far and away the best of the lot.

At check-in Joshua, the General Manager, was polite and friendly. There was a problem however as the hotel hadn’t received payment from Priceline (I’d prepaid) so I had to pay again at the desk. Joshua suggested I phone Priceline to get a refund.

I was unable to get connected to Priceline on the room phone and didn’t want to use my mobile as it’s $2/minute outside of the UK. Joshua took it upon himself to phone Priceline on my behalf (I didn’t even ask him to do this) and sort the whole thing out. End result? I got the first payment I made to Priceline refunded in full. That’s what I call customer service.

The room was great too. Very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby!

They are re-branding from Super 8 soon. Don’t know what they’ll be called but they’re at 1025 E 4th St, Ainsworth, NE 69210. If you’re staying in Ainsworth I highly recommend you do it here.

Great Stay on a Really Hot Day

Quiet location, comfy bed, great customer service

It is clean just old but not a bad place to lay your head.

Would go back

Friendly staff.  New owners so I'm sure more improvements are planned.

Our one-night stay was pleasant. Although the exterior of the building does not look like a palace, it was clean and cozy inside, the room was big and clean, the bed was wonderful. The staff was friendly.

The staff were very friendly and honestly the best part of the stay. The bed was really comfortable as well. If I had to say anything that needed improving, it would be that the hotel needs updated.

The pictures on the wall are impressive. The overall facilities seem adequate but not as nice as most other lodging environments.
