Stayed in Apartment 2 for New Year 2025  for 3 night very easy check in  ,it was lovely and cosy ,great nights sleep,nice clean bedding ,ideal location to shops and pubs definitely would recommend Elizabeth house and we will be returning as soon as possible

Stopped on 8th December for two nights in room 3, lovely cosy apartment, very clean.  Close to town and the pier but on a quiet street. Great communication and friendly hosts. Would stop again, highly recommend

Last minute booking, Saltwick 3 was perfect for our needs as 1 adult and two children. Excellent communication throughout, spotlessly clean. If you pop your head out the skylight in the top room you can see the sun rise over the sea.

Stayed here many times and can honestly say I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Whitby. Ideally located, away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to all main attractions. Plenty of shops and bars just a couple of minutes walk away and leisure centre close by. 
The apartment is like a home from home and equipped with everything you could want for a self catering holiday. Washing machine, dishwasher and all pots and pans. Very clean spacious apartment. 
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed.
Very close to town centre and just a short walk to harbour or cliff top walks.
Great for exploring the old streets of Whitby and visiting the bars, cafés and restaurants it has to offer.

Very nice apartment in a good location at a very good price. Friendly owner show us where apartments were and said we could have breakfast in his B&B which we did and it was excellent. Would recommend to all. 

Just spent 2 nights staying at this accommodation, was really thrilled how nice the apartment was, it was very clean and  comfortable, has everything you need, nice walk in  shower  and Ideally placed to walk down to the harbour which is only minutes away. Getting the parking permit made life easier, small cost but worth it, just find a place to park and owners will provide the permit, we managed to park just opposite the apartment. Stayed in Elizabeth Apartments before but never stayed in the ground floor apartment until this visit. Super spacious apartment with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Close to all local attractions. We will definitely return.

Stayed here in 2020  with a friend and have  just returned today from our third year staying at this accommodation, absolutely lovely and clean great location.
Communication with the owner was excellent.  absolutely love this accommodation.

Home time, after spending another 4 nights in apartment 3 of Elizabeth house in Whitby. 

This is now over five times we have stayed here. From a couple with a small baby, to a couple with two young children. 

It has once again confirmed our previous findings, of a wonderfully presented, well maintained holiday apartment. Perfect for all the family or a couple to spend a relaxing holiday in a homely environment.

Pete and Manetta, the hosts once again made us feel very welcome and at home, with every attention to detail already addressed as a standard. The apartment was very clean, lovely furnishings and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable, WI-FI signal strong and all the necessary amenities to cook meals in, if required. 

The only part we cannot bare, is saying goodbye.  Highly recommended to all, 100% perfect scoring on our multiple experiences at this property. 

SandPiper House B&B also owned by the same proprietors is available for bookings, and just a stones throw from the Elizabeth House apartments. 

Happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again.

Elizabeth house studio apartment no. 4

Just had a 3 night stay in whitby. The apartment we had booked was a ground floor one which was very refreshing knowing you had no flights of stairs to climb inside the property. The apartment was nice and clean the  beds was nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. And booked to go back next year.

Return trip to Elizabeth House in Whitby

Great base for Whitby . Your near all the amenities. Parking close by . 
The flat is well equipped warm and clean. The beds are really comfortable. We were on the top floor and the water pressure is a bit low but still able to shower etc . I would recommend a try . We’ve stayed in loads of places in Whitby and this is a good std .

Stayed in the ground floor apartment for two nights. Communication with the owner was excellent from booking to picking up the keys. Very spacious , spotlessly clean and everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
Parking on street, permit provided by owner at £5 for 2 days!
Location is great for a short walk into town or choice of pubs and cafes right on your doorstep. Had breakfast at cranberry swamp cafe nearby, highly recommended! Also the Arch n Abbey micro pub close by.
Would definitely return for our next visit to Whitby!

Great location

Stayed at the Elizabeth House Sandsend apartment for a 2 night stay. Apartment was great lots of space and absolutely spotless. The apartments are situated very close to the sea front and to the shopping area. Owners were great and friendly and good communication. Would definitely plan to stay here again.

A last minute booking for us, we booked in the morning and was there mid afternoon on the Saturday for an overnight stay. Was very easy process. Apartment was clean and homely, had everything we needed and is a great location for walking into Whitby. Comfy beds and living room is a good space. Low water pressure in general so shower although was hot wasn’t great. Other than that can’t fault it! Will definitely stay again!!

Lovely apartment and great location!

Ground floor apartment was a great place to stay for the connivance of all areas of Whitby. The apartment was clean. It would benefit from an extra seat in the living room as it's an apartment for 4 the 3 seater and chair just didn't fit us. Although the kitchen is equipped with 4 bowls, plates, knives etc. it lacked in oven dishes or larger pans for the occasions when cooking in. The heating was storage heaters and came on a night but there is a portable radiator and electric blow fire. The shower pressure wasn't very strong but it was hot and did it's job. For the price it was very good value and would stay again when in Whitby.
