It's relatively easy to get to. Eastbrook Cottage is next to a main road. So if your GPS takes you down a quiet side road with farms, which happened with me, you're going in the wrong direction. 

It's also really quiet, peaceful and calm there. 

Maryann and her partner were also really awesome and took great care of me for which I want to say thank you again! :) Friendliness and warmth really counts for a lot with me. 

I loved the immense collection of books too! They added to the feeling of the place!

Certainly if i was coming back into the area again I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic B&B - lovely setting, fantastic accommodation, the best breakfast ever (top quality sausage etc) very friendly and helpful owners. Very near to our wedding destination. Very nice (unexpected touches - flowers, cake, proper coffee and lovely people kind and helpful. What more do you want?

first visit to bed and  breakfast. warm welcome from owner shown to room which is nicely decorated and tray of tea and biscuits left downstairs. advised places to eat within the area warm and friendly bed and breakfast and nice good sleep in a comfy bed and breakfast very tasty.

Welcomed on arrival with a very friendly greeting despite arriving almost two hours early. Shown rooms and then served with coffee, tea and warm scones in the guest lounge. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with several extra little touches such as fresh flowers in the window, coffee, tea making as well as water and biscuits. Bedside cabinets held a supply of reading material containing something to appeal to most people as well as a very useful directory containing taxi numbers, restaurants etc. The breakfasts were incredible, such an array of food including warm cousants and homemade jams, marmalade etc. As if this wasn't enough to satisfy an empty tummy there was also a huge full English which could be tailored to individual tastes and was cooked to order. Very enjoyable stay with very pleasant hosts who left you to your own devices to come and go as you pleased but you only had to tap on the kitchen door if you needed anything. A nice little garden area for guests use added to the stay, I would definitely return to this property again.

Guest Accomodation for wedding at Stowford Manor Farm

Our room was small and poorly laid out, with one of the twin beds against a wall, and the other under a window so the curtain was across the bed. The view out of the window was across a field of free range chickens, so not bad.The house was in essence an accommodation block for the stables, with smelly horse saddles in the entrance hall. This may be fine for horse lovers, but they should warn guests about this in advance. The breakfast was not great, with dry bacon, unpleasant mushrooms - probably tinned. The toast was made from dry supermarket bread, possibly a bit on the old side. The landlady was a bit on the brusque side, but her husband was very friendly and helpful. All of the above would have been acceptable - but at a much lower price!
