Fab stay, centrally located for access to the facilities in the town, the lake and to hike up Snowdon and to see the waterfalls.  Accommodation is clean and warm. We booked the ensuite, it was located to the rear of the property with views ti the lake. Breakfast was delicious and the owners are very welcoming and friendly. Can’t wait to return. Thank you

Idan house was perfectly located for our trip to Snowden. The complementary full Welsh breakfast and vegetarian breakfasts were perfect to power us up the mountain. The rooms were very clean and towels available on demand. 
I would highly recommend Idan house to all wishing to visit Llanberis, 

Popped in this morning for breakfast with my girlfriend, very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. Food hit the spot for both of us, and the owner was very pleasant to talk to.
Very reasonable prices, but cash only. Was not an issue though as we were told we could pop down the road to a cash point after our meal, which was very trusting and kind of him.
If I needed to stay in Llanberis in the future it would be the first place I would look to book in!

Excellent stay, accommodation was clean, comfortable with everything you needed and fantastic view. Breakfast was tasty and generous, the hosts were welcoming and friendly and gave you all that you needed. Location was excellent, within walking distance of the snowdon railway, places to eat and places to visit, castle, lake railway, lakes walks etc. Highly recommend a visit

Stayed at this gorgeous guest house for 2 nights the hosts were so welcoming and helpful, the location is so central to Snowdon and all it has to offer and also to other local attractions. We stayed for zip world which was only 20 minutes down the road. 

Rooms were clean and comfortable with all your basic needs meet. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful and overall this place is such value for money, in fact I would say they are under charging for what you get.

I loved this place.  Centrally located and free parking on street   The owners went out of their way to assist us.  I took some time to complete my walk on the mountain.  I was still walking in the dark!  Concerned, they had called out Llanberis Mountain Rescue (LMR)  who intercepted me just as I came off the mountain  onto the roadway .  LMR are a great organisation too who deserve a lot of praise and respect.  The owner of the B&B is very friendly, willing to carry bags up and downstairs and very approachable.  We arrived in Llanberis fairly early and were allowed to deposit our bags at the B&B prior to our long walk up the mountain.  Breakfast is very good too.  The premises are clean and for the price,  being so welcoming and excellent location too, can not be faulted.

Very friendly owners, the room was good with a lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent. The guest house benefits from a great location on Llanberis high street. Was very well priced for my January stay. Highly recommended

This little gem in the heart of Llanberis at the foot of snowdon, this is a fantastic bed and brekfast the owners are very welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay great, the brekfast is amazing and the ingredients they use are locally sourced. Highly recomend anybody to go. And i will be back very soon.

Had booked this place as one of the least costly B&Bs in Llanberis, using at as a base for climbing Snowdon. We arrived after a 3 hour drive in the midst of a minor crisis, which the owner promptly resolved with massive generosity of spirit.
The current owners have only recently taken over, and are clearly making great efforts to present a venue that folks want to visit time and time again. It was clean, and the breakfast was excellent and well cooked to order. There is a bit of a downside in that our room was on one floor with the loo on the floor below, which is inconvenient to say the least in the middle of the night, and some of the decor was tired, but overall, the only place for me should I be in Llanberis again

Never stayed in area before and it's a lot more quiet than thought. Lovely views. Owners were extremely polite and friendly. Had an issue with shower upon arrival but was seen to promptly. It is a nice little B&B, parking was easy. Some commotion with other guests but can't blame the establishment. Was a nice stay. My only negative comment would be the shower. The temperature issue got sorted quickly but the pressure wasn't there. Might be little thing I know but end of the day I like a decent shower. But apart from that. Nice place, nice people.

Quiet little village

Perfect location

Excellent location at the top of Llanberis highstreet and extremely good value for money. Easy to find. Free parking is available on street, but you have to be lucky to get a space as it is quite limited. 
Hosts were fantastic and really friendly/welcoming. Check in was nice and easy (via safe lock). Was unusual to not be greeted upon arrival, and this was the first time we have ever done this method. But it worked well and we got into room absolutely fine. 

Room itself was fine. Comfortable and met our needs for the time we were there. We used it as a base and somewhere to sleep, which was perfect for us. Shower wasn't working properly, but we eventually found the instructions on a post-it note for how to get it to work. 

Breakfast was excellent and lots of different options. Overall, very good value for money and well worth the stay. Would recommend/come back if in the area again. 

Quaint little B&B at the top of Llanberis highstreet 

Stayed at Idan House to walk Snowdon. Perfect location on llanberis High Street. Parking along high street adjacent to accomodation. 
Front door and room key provided.
Rooms are sufficient. Clean and comfortable.
Proprietors were attentive and pleasant.
Breakfast was full welsh cooked breakfast.
Yogurts fresh fruit pastries cereals all our to serve yourself.
Breakfast 7.30 til 8.30am.
Didn't need to leave Llanberis. Plenty to do. E.g. train rides hiking castle visit canoeing abseiling . Cafes for meals.
We ate at local Indian restaurant just yards from idan house. Perfect

Great stay

Good little place to stay before heading up to snowdon. Breakfast was nice but I was so focused on my walk to snowdon that I forgot to eat my gluten free toast!! View from my window was great. 

Had A good night sleep. Only criticism is that your shower head kept falling down when I was trying to shower.

Excellent stay

Lovely owners, very friendly and helpful. Arrived in Llanberis around 11.00 and although check in was not till 2.00pm, the owner was more than happy to book us in.
We had the bedroom with the en-suite (a tad small but serviceable), comfortable bed, quiet and clean room. Other rooms had a shared bathroom.  Excellent cooked breakfast, plus cereals, juice etc. in a nice spacious room.
Parking is on the street and we were lucky Enough to park right outside the B and B.  It’s about 10 minutes to bottom of the railway track walk for Snowdon. Would certainly use this good value B and B again.
