My mum stayed here when coming to visit her new grandson. She was really pleased with her clean and spacious room. Quiet surroundings - my mum usually finds it difficult to sleep in new places but had no issues here. She is planning to stay again!

Three visits for work – it’s a classic basic Premier Inn – you know what you get before you even arrive. Whats good here? The staff are lovely. Friendly and listen to requests – Top stuff well done keep up the good work. Will stay here again when in Wakefield

Amazing service from arrival Jane gave us the quickest and friendliest check in, with the lovely touch of complimentary drinks on arrival. The room was clean and the bed comfy. A continental place to stay to visit family Thankyou so much can't wait to come back

Rooms were of a very clean standard. Lovely hotel in a great location with minimal noise. Staff all friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and I will certainly be back again sometime soon!. 

Quick check in and great assistance from Jane on front desk. Nice restaurant right next to the hotel and very convenient for travel as just off the M1 but far enough not to be disturbed. Couldn’t recommend enough

Excellent overnight stay.  Friendly receptionist on arrival.  Clean room. Stayed during a hot night and whilst no AC in the room, the fan provided was excellent and allowed a great night’s sleep.  Friendly goodbye too.

Would have been good to have more than 2 tea bags though.  Had a drink in the evening but nothing left for the morning.

Lovely 2 day stay.Hotel very quiet,clean and comfortable.Wonderful ladies Jane and Natasha on reception.They were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us during our stay.Will definitely be staying here again.10/10

The associated Beefeater pub the Rhubarb Triangle was equally welcoming and efficient.  The selection of meals was good and the price was reasonable for today's prices.
The breakfast was standard Premier Inn style, well managed and so many choices.

Jane was the first member of staff we met. She was very caring & understanding at a difficult time for us. All the other members of the staff were just as good. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so professional & very courteous.

Easy to find, excellent parking.
Easy check in with friendly and helpfull staff.
Great room with big tv and plenty of space.
Jane on reception is a star who was willing to do everything she could to make our stay memorable.

So me and my girlfriend were staying in Wakefield last week so we opted for this one, The woman on reception when i checked in who went by the name of "Jane" was very welcoming great personality, and my girlfriend who checked in a couple of hours later also commented how nice and friendly jane was (so jane if your reading this thank you very much) and also my room didnt have a fan in at the time of check-in so jane went to get me one, and she also asked several boys to move from the side of the building as they were making some noise, But hey kids will be kids, we didnt eat at at the Brewers Fair that night as we fancied a McDonalds instead, Not much more to say really, but an enjoyable stay, Only downside was that who ever was  above my room which was Room No. 118 was a little bit noisy, but thats no fault of the hotel, and me and my girlfriend have already booked a room there again for Mid October

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff

Excellent overnight stay

Had a family room - Visiting Family in Ossett.  any little things that were an issue were rectified immediately. (Remote for TV not working, clean towels etc.,) We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend and had a variety of  different receptionists but all of them were extremely helpful. We managed to de-programme our room key - don't put it next to a mobile - and at this point they gave us a bag of Quality Street as we were having a bit of a nightmare day. Didn't sleep very well but not a Hotel fault.  Will definitely stay again.

Brilliant customer Service

Stayed here for one night with my grandchildren, Staff on this day was lovely and looked after us , room was spotless. Lady on reception Natasha my grandchildren loved the gifts! . Miriam House keeper thank you for a clean room and two other receptionist on later Lianne and carolanne to you all thank you for a fab stay.

Over night stay

The receptionist that dealt with me was Teresa and she was amazing and welcoming. The room was very clean and all the amenities worked perfectly. My only issue was the people above us made lots of heavy foot movements and you could hear this however this is a variable factor depending on who’s above/below or next to you. We were 18 minutes away by car into Leeds city center. The value for money was amazing and we could even pay on the day.

One night stay

We stayed at this hotel in September for 4 nights and again in November for 9 nights. Having stayed at many Premier Inns over the years our view is that this is the best one we have ever stayed in. The reason for this is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone one of them always greets you and it is obvious that they really care that the guest has a good stay. The phrase "they cannot do enough for you" is often used but in relation to this hotel it applies to all the staff. Looking forward to returning in the new year.

Excellent Premier Inn - Wakefield North

My dad was taken ill overnight whilst staying here and the staff, in particular Jane , were amazing. He needed some anti-sickness medication as he had left his at home and Jane went to three different places to try and find him something similar. Absolutely going above and beyond what you might expect.
