Firstly I'm a realist, and for the price you can't really complain.
It came with a wide range of continental breakfast items like beans, muffins, pastries, cereal and yogurts etc
The roam has a toaster, microwave, kettle, iron, hair dryer and freesat with a 32" TV.
There was plenty of parking.
The owner left us to it after we checked in which was lovely.
This is value B&B and for the price we paid I have no complaints.
If in the area again we would definitely come back.

I stayed here for one night with my dog for a stopover to Exeter. The room was very comfortable with an ensuite power shower with plenty of breakfast items to choose from in the fridge. An unconventional b & b however I had a lovely stay. The rooms are very private with your own entry code to get in, and there was plenty of room for my dog as well. A great place to stay if your happy to diy breakfast, and are happy with home comforts without the 5 star luxury and an affordable price.

Dog friendly, nice little bolt hole tucked away off the beaten track. 

Stay here if you want a good, clean stop on your travels around Devon. It's a basic stay with power shower, comfy beds and a fridge full of food. The owner is a welcoming, charming, elderly lady who clearly works incredibly hard to please her guests. 

Please don't stop here if you are expecting 5 star luxury on this budget price. No traditional breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Dogs next door could be a problem, but if you are a dog owner you're probably used to hearing barking. Only complaint - the beds and room were so comfy we overslept!

Lovely comfortable stay

I can only say that the good thing about The Coach House is the power shower and the beds the room was clean but there was no tea of coffee sugar and milk and a very empty fridge. It was supposed to be disabled friendly but there was only a small step outside no hand rails and a high step to get in the shower and if you have difficultly walking on uneven ground then this is not the place for you as it is all small stones.  I would not recommend this place to stay.

Unfortunately our stay was quite disappointing as  the room did not have very much of an outlook which made the confined space within the room quite dark.  The beds were only suitable for young children regarding comfort and although we booked and paid for 2 nights stay we only stayed 1 night.  Also the TV was very tempermental which added to our disappointment. The breakfast supplies left were budget cheap stuff.
