We  had a lovely greeting from reception when we arrived and throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable .You could adjust the heating to your on personal comfort which was nice. Great position for getting into Taunton and other attractions. Will definitely be staying here again.

A lovely short stay.

Medieval quality for the free Wi-Fi (and yes, they charge you for a decent Wi-Fi !).
Heating problem in my room, solved only after 2 days.
Limited shops and restaurants in immediate neighbourhood (25' walk to access supermarket)
No cooling facilities (like mini-bar) in the room.
I'm OK that room is not cleaned or laundry changed every single day. But please do this twice a week at least - without guest having to ask explicitely.

Friendly staff - but that's it.

We were treated by Lucy on check in smd check out.. 
She was so helpful and friendly.. 
Nothing was too much for.. 
Room was great..  we had no 1 which I'd an accesible room. 
It was clean and very comfy.. theres a  brewers fayre pub next-door food and drink and staff amd food there were great too..
Would def use this hotel again x

Stayed here for a wedding and had a great experience from the moment we arrived, Katie on the front desk checked us in with ease and made us feel really welcome. Especially when we asked for certain items in the room, Katie sorted it for us with no problem and very quickly. 
Rooms were nice and tidy and the restaurant next door was good especially for the morning breakfast.

Lovely hotel

Great place to stay for work as its not far from the town centre and a short walk from the train station, Lovely welcome as i arrived at the hotel by the staff (Katie) i believe was her name she did great checking my self in and others waiting she was very professional, on entering my room i noticed the room was cold and couldnt work out on how to get the heating on but after a quick trip to reception this was very quickly sorted by reception and i was able to warm up.
The beds are very comfy and wish i could take one home as i spelt so well it was nice and quiet too.

Great stay

The hotel was as expected for Premier Inn, but the Wi-Fi was shocking. It disconnected every 2 minutes. A good location for exploring Somerset. But, come on, no one should be allowed to get away with providing such garbage Wi-Fi in this day and age. Stop trying to get people to pay for the “ultimate Wi-Fi” 🙄

Awful Wi-Fi

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. We were made very welcome by receptionist Leticia who willingly booked us a table at Brewers Fayre, then arranged our meal deal, then showed huge initiative in printing maps for the walking route from Premier Inn to Vivary Park, the venue of a popular concert that evening. The room was sparkling clean, very comfortable (especially the bed) and, on a warm evening, we appreciated the two fans and the offer of cotton sheets to replace the duvet. Maisie and Roxanne served us very well on a busy evening for Brewers Fayre. Everything very good value. Thank you very much, Premier Inn - we look forward to staying with you again.

Really enjoyable stay on a busy evening

This has to be the best Premier Inn I have stayed at, and I have stayed at many. 
Check in easy all ready for me, prepared by a charming  receptionist, and a room on the ground floor.
Decided to eat in the adjoining Brewers Fayre. I arrived at a busy time and as a solo person expected a wait. A table was found and food and drink ordered. I observed the catering team, and although busy, all were pleasant and smiling. The queue to order was efficiently dealt with. Well done Phillip and all your team.
Breakfast cooked fresh and well presented.
Yes I will be back


Best yet

Another great stay at a Premier inn. Never failed us yet.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
When we arrived there was a small queue but we didnt have to wait long before the staff had checked everyone in.
Clean and as always a very comfy bed.

Another great stay at a Premier inn.

Firstly to mention the staff were really excellent and we're very busy but the care and customer service stood out, Kirsty philiper,  Dan and Roxanne were all so helpful and great service as well. They had attention to detail and the bar manager kept people ordering food in the right order which was difficult to do as so busy. Well done to a great team at Taunton premier Inn central Taunton.
