Had a lovely stay for the weekend whilst attending the classic car show at the NEC. Ideal location for NEC and great value. Of particular worthy mention is Sam who went beyond the call of duty to make our stay a good one. Attention to detail, polite and nothing too much trouble. All the staff are worthy of a mention and the food was great! Well done to you all. Thank you!

Really good stay, warm welcome from Nicki, very helpful. Limited restaurant menu but good service.
Rooms were clean, needed extra towels, the tall housekeeper with glasses (didn’t catch her name) was quick to assist, and was very polite. Even offered to help me with luggage.

Amazing staff very polite been here alot and are always very polite sophie is always very welcoming in the mornings which is nice too see rooms are very clean and are well equipped very comfy beds would recommend staying for very cheap prices aswell

Robin and sophie where fantastic on the bar, couldn't do enough for us. The menu is very limited. The food we had was really nice.

We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Tamworth last weekend while visiting the NEC. We were checked in efficiently by a lovely polite receptionisnt and the children were given sweeties ans hot chocolates as it was coming up to Halloween. What a lovely touch! They were thrilled! The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable.

We chose the meal deal package and had a top quality meals in The restaurant next door. Couldn't fault a thing. Breakfast the following morning was also excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. 

All the staff here were amazing, the room was very good and comfy, heater and fan provided. TV was old but still had good shows! Highly recommended. 

I also had breakfast which was very good, quick sit down and warm food!

Convenient  for visiting family. Public area and room were clean, comfortable and friendly. The hotel has everything necessary for a short trip. It was the first time that I had stayed on my own and I felt safe and comfortable.

We stayed here as we were attending a family wedding. Whilst the outside gives you that dreaded feeling of a services hotel, the inside is much more different! The staff are exceptional, kind, approachable and just lovely! The room was what we needed, beds towels space etc. everything was fab but it was definitely the staff who made this stay amazing for us. We were 3 adults with 7 kids aged 8-18 and nothing was too much hassle for the staff.

Great hotel staff were very friendly rooms great size very clean great hotel for the price. Loved the fact that it had a restaurant on the ground’s breakfast was excellent great value for money. Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and location was great for what we needed so on our next visit to family we will definitely be staying there again.

Rob who was on reception  is a lovely person and made us feel welcome and could not do enough for us and gave us a nice room downstairs he also booked us a table for dinner so we could eat next  door  thankyou

Excellent weekend stay

Couldn't Fault It.. 

Less is more!!

We used the Premier Inn Tamworth South as a bed for a night before a trip to Drayton Manor. The hotel was easy to find and is located around 9 minutes drive away from the theme park so is in an excellent location. On arrival, the lady on reception was helpful and polite. We were booked a table for dinner and were soon in our room, which was comfy, spacious and clean. Our dinner at the TableTable next door was good, the staff there were excellent and while a little expensive it wasn't too bad for good size meals. After a pretty decent nights sleep we headed back across for a good breakfast there, which set us up well for our day out.

All in all, it was a good hotel in decent condition and was a good base for our trip away. The food was good, room was tidy and staff were friendly. The only couple of little complaints were that the room was a bit cold and the plug in heater provided didn't really do anything to help, but it wasn't a huge issue. The bed was also not the most comfortable but that's possibly more personal preference so is probably fine for many. We also weren't booked a table for breakfast despite having it included in the price we'd paid which almost caused some issues when we went across to eat the next day. Luckily the lady in the restaurant made room for us but having been booked in for dinner, it was strange we weren't for the dinner. But these things happen and it was all very quickly sorted.

Would definitely use this hotel again if heading back to Drayton Manor, or maybe to Cadbury World.

Good Base for Drayton Manor

Stayed here for 1 night had evening food on arrival and Breakfast in the morning 
Evening meal felt abit over priced for the quantity of food on the plate 
Breakfast is perfectly priced!!

Only bad things I can think of: 
Food and drinks took ages to get to use (they forgot us) 
And the noise of traffic was constant all the way through the night

Very comfortable

A fantastic experience. Stayed last week for a family party and as ever we were greeted warmly by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member called Nicki. Our two bedrooms interconnected which was ideal for sharing with parents and other family members including 2 children ages 9 and 12. 
The bedrooms were not only clean but provided ample power sockets and extremely comfortable beds. Even my own sofa bed was tremendously comfortable.
We asked for additional milk and a spare mug of which was no issue for the staff. A 10/10 stay and Nicki thank you for your kind hospitality and good humour. 
This really was great value and we shall have no hesitation staying again when visiting our same family in Tamworth.
