A genuine warm Scottish welcome at a lovely b&b is what sums up Linnmhor House. Michael was very accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and booked our dinner reservations on our behalf at a local restaurant. He also helped my Dad with how to correctly wear his kilt and other attire for the wedding we were attending. The breakfast was FANTASTIC, traditional Scottish options; haggis, white pudding, black pudding etc all cooked fresh to order, with homemade bread and a wide selection of fruits, cereals and yoghurts served in front of an open fire. The rooms were spacious and decorated well, ensure with a seating area, dressing table, large comfortable bed. There was access to tea and coffee, little chocolate bars, sparkling water and whiskey out on the landing. There was a selection of DVD’s should you wish for a cosy night in. We had 2 rooms, one for my Dad and a family room with a Z bed in for our 2 year old and the whole family felt welcome. I would 100% recommendation Linnmhor House and plan on staying again when we next return to Strathpeffer. Kate and family
