Amazing location great sea view in a nice small village place is very friendly room was clean and spacious would defo stay again

Our stay started in a great way from checkin. On arrival we were personally taken to the room and shown were everything was. Offered to help with our luggage. Our room was fantastic. Very big room with a huge bed and also seating area which was a surprise. We dined in the bar both nights and food and service were excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back,

Beautiful location, great food and very friendly and comfortable

We had a super stay. The hotel is beautifully decorated loved the tartan carpets and other Scottish touches. The girls worked so well as a team serving every aspect of the hotel. The atmosphere was great. We had dinner which was delicious. Best mussels ever. House wine very enjoyable. Great service at breakfast. Bed was Uber comfy I meant to ask who supplies the mattresses. I need a new one. I couldn’t get wifi but my husband did. We have different networks. One thing missing. A wee bedside table or shelf for phone book cuppa etc. then perfect. We would be regular visitors if we didn’t live so far away. We were on our way back from visiting family in Ireland. Lovely end to our holiday. John and Linda from North Berwick

A proper old pub right on the harbour, lively and popular with locals, good food, good service, great atmosphere. loved it!

The room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities available. Pillows were uncomfortable. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned whilst I was there. I was just asked if there was anything I needed. Staff very friendly. Great bar downstairs. The breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel

It waa great to visit a hotel where you had an ealier check in than other places. Staff where lovely and so accomodating. However when we entered the room the place was full of flies. The window was opened to obviously let some air in since it was roasting! But after getting rid of them we had a pleasant stay. The rooms though hsve very thin walls as you could hear the people next door chatting and could hear the tv but it didnt bother us as we where only staying one night.

The room was clean and pleasantly decorated with all the normal tea making facilities etc. The bed was comfortable. The view across the harbour was wonderful. The breakfast was good with a good range although out of the smoked haddock. Service was excellent with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a great position looking out to the sea. Very friendly, efficient staff. Good food and a comfortable bed. The place is a little dated but the rooms are spacious with coffee making facilities and toiletries in the shower. An enjoyable stay.
