Nice cabin for overnight stays before and after the ferry . Everything you need for family kitchen, shower, 3 bedrooms.

The absolute best welcoming experience that we had in all of Scotland! We were so happy to meet Pat and Bill! They were friendly and helpful and treated us as family! 
We feel very blessed to have had this experience on our two week trip throughout Scotland. 
Perfect location for taking the ferry to Ireland! They offer pickup and drop off to the ferry! They even booked us a restaurant for the night we arrived! The breakfast was the best, freshest and great variety! The Cairnryan BB was perfectly clean! Everything that we needed and more! The beds were comfortable and we had a perfect nights sleep!

Another stay with Pat & Bill which didn't dissappoint.  More or less beside Cairnryan port for Stenaline to Ireland with easy parking.  Well stocked bedroom and the little sherry helps you to nod off.  Tea/Coffee biscuits/chilled water provided. Super full Scottish breakfast.  Simply no reason to go anywhere else when you have such good hosts.

Fab-UUU-lous! What more can I add to previous reviews. We arrived in torrential rain to find Pat waiting for us with an umbrella. It does not get much better than that - but it does. Excellent, warm en-suite room with tea and coffee making facilities and even a "wee dram" to chase away the cold and wet. Had an excellent night's sleep and opened curtains to see P&O ferry slowly sailing past our window. Excellent breakfast in a beautifully laid out dining room. The duck eggs were amazing and were freshly laid by the ducks round the back. We were offered some to take home with us, an offer we could not refuse. Thanks to both of you for an enjoyable overnight stay. God willing, we will be back again next year.

Accommodation, food and hosts excellent.. couldn’t do enough for you and the views over the Loch from the bedroom and whilst dining sublime. Good location, handy for the ferries and the service of picking up and being g dropped off at the ferry as a foot passenger a godsend

Attention to detail is amazing. Comfortable, warm accommodations. Hosts are kind, gracious and very accommodating to dietary needs and rides to and from the ferry/bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely would stay here again! Highly recommended! 

Best nights sleep I've ever had. Pat met us at the door, so friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and well outfitted. There were all the usual acutruments as well as little extras like a nightcap of sherry, scissors to snip open those annoying little coffee sachets, qutips and cotton balls in the bathroom.
Pat  let us put the motorbikes in the garage, which really is a luxury, not having to chain them up and cover them. Pat booked our dinner in the local restaurant and even gave us a lift there.  Best advice of all was to turn up early at the ferry terminal, we were second there before the avalanche of people arrived. Thankyou Pat for a lovely, memorable stay. We'll be back

We had stayed here once before after arriving on a late ferry. We had no hesitation in booking again for an outward and return journey to NI as it is so convenient for the Stena ferry. The room is clean and comfortable with all the features you would expect, and more! A good breakfast to set you up for the day and Pat is an exceptional host, very welcoming and accommodating.

Really amazing  b and b hospitality was great breakfast fantastic everything was tip top well done Bill and Pat ideal for both Ferry's and surrounding areas Portpatrick and Stranraer a short drive from Cairnryan



From the moment she answered the door our hostess was lovely
The room was very clean and tidy with all we would require for an overnight stay including a wee night cap
We were up early for the ferry so I was kindly left a Breakfast in a Bag 
I would recommend this establishment and I would stay again

Lovely Clean and Tidy B & B The hostess Pat was lovely even had a lovely decanter of sherry in room waiting for us.  Really handy for Cairnryan Ferry early and late sailings.  Plenty of chose for breakfast you can even have a take away breakfast if needed.

Beautiful location with superb views of the Loch. Couldn’t have asked for more and Pat and Bill couldn’t do enough.
