Great location in kidderminster, just off Zortech road near the Samurai Judo Club and Guild Edge Stourbridge
easy to find, friendly people with a great layout. Why don't you come along you wont be disappointed? 

I stayed for a night (room 4 & 5) as I came to this area for a wedding venue. Rooms were nice and clean, with very comfortable beds, facilities in room were good.
We asked for the late check out and they were very efficient in accommodating our request.
Booking on internet was very easy, communication was great, they called us on the day we were traveling to ask what time we plan to arrive; we were informed that our keys will be left in the lock-box, for which they gave a code and our room numbers.  we went to have a meal at a local pub, less than 5 mins drive from the hotel, very nice food, friendly people, good service- was very pleased

Stayed here for a night as we had travelled from Kent and were visiting the safari park near by. 
The room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable, facilities in room were good. 
We had requested a late check in and they were very efficient in accomdating our needs and the communication was great and they called on the day we were travelling to inform us that they had arranged this for us.
We had a good night stay here and would defintely recommend this to others

Great Local venue

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding nearby as my husband wanted to make use of the golf course during our stay. The accommodation is in a small block at the back of the club house. It's not the prettiest location and the rooms are very small and basic but this was as advertised and therefore expected. Our room was clean and warm and we slept well as it was quite quiet. We were, however, disappointed that our TV wasn't working and when we told the staff, that this was not rectified. We also followed through with their instructions to put used towels in the shower if we wanted clean ones for the second day only to find that they hadn't been replaced and no one dealing with accommodation was avaliable between 6pm and 10am so we couldn't get clean ones. It's also worth knowing if you're staying here that you need to find somewhere else for breakfast as the club house doesn't do food until 10.30. 

Comfortable 

Sad to say this golf club with its attractive course closed in 2018.  The club buildings, which appear to have been vandalised, are out of use. The course itself is being turned into a nature reserve with 18,000 trees due to be planted. Meanwhile the public can wander around and it has become especially popular with dog walkers. It can be stated categorically that golf will never be possible again here. But there are plenty of other golf clubs in the area. I have not filled in the other questions as they are not relevant.

Our family stayed in the family room and to say we was disappointed was an understatement, we arrived to find the room was freezing and the heater that was supplied was faulty, after finally finding someone to help as the reception was never manned! I was informed that the heating was on a timer to come on at 15.30, which in the cold times of he year is completely unacceptable other rooms were also complaining about the same thing as it also is not on throughout the night, we eventually got the heater replaced, small heater for a family room it took a while to heat the room. We started to get ready to go out for the evening to find the shower was Luke warm at best, the water was so cold that there was no steam in the bathroom, while I am on the bathroom, there was mould and mould stains on the walls ceiling and floor and several patches of paint peeling off the wall. To top it off when my son and I arrived back at the hotel at about 9 o clock we tried to enter the building using the keys that were left for us in the box to find that they had not put all the keys we needed to access the building, which resulted in us having to phone up and ask why! We was told to access the key box and use someone elses keys from the box then return to keys. All in all not a very nice stay and won't be returning anytime soon.
