Waited 12 mins at desk for someone to arrive, eventually showed up, was told straight away that was busy/on own. I wasnt rude, explained that had to be at a function, asked for key, thrown at me, and told thank u for my patience. Customer relations wouldnt offer me a refund.

Receptionist shouted at me!

Really rather good. I had read mixed reviews but it's smashing! Genuinely warm greeting on arrival, lovely staff, neat tidy and clean room on the second floor and a cracking breakfast the next morning.  Nicely kept, quiet and fault free. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Better than expected.

After booking through the app for a standard room, upon arriving I was given an accessible room. After looking through the door of said room. I advised the receptionist that this wasn’t what I booked. She couldn’t change rooms as was fully booked. Ok I thought, I’ll grin and bear it as was only staying one night. When actually going fully into the room the smell was terrible. Imagine going into a crack house that a dog walking society has let their dogs use for a toilet for the past week. Made worse by the fact you can’t open the windows and the air conditioning is blowing stale air around the whole building. I was in the room for less than 10 seconds and was almost sick in my mouth. No way could I spend the night there. 
After asking for a refund at reception I was told, this wasn’t something she could arrange. She telephoned her manager and her manager said she would put a note on the booking so when I called guest relations I would get a refund. 
What a total lie! They said this to get me out of the building, and after speaking with guest relations I have been informed there was no note on the booking from said manager, and because of conflicting stories I wouldn’t be getting a refund. 
I have stayed in this hotel many times and warn anyone booking here that most of the rooms smell foisty, with stains on the cheap sofa and carpet. And a strong smell of sweat and mould from the bathrooms. Again made worse as you cannot open any windows. 
Check in also usually takes around 10-15 mins as the reception staff have no idea how to use the computer system. For the past 2 years I have been staying here, every time there is apparently a new IT system. 
Don’t book breakfast or evening meals either. Unless you like flys with your meal washed down with a side of E.coli. 
Honestly stay away. The Holiday inn or village hotel close by is much better.

Stay away from this cesspit

Excellent service and attentive staff. Especially Kayleigh on reception. Very friendly and met all needs! Easy parking and Brewers Fayre on site makes for easy dining after a long day's work.  Rooms clean, ample car parking which is becoming a rarity!

Great service. Friendly and helpful staff

Had an amazing time here staff were very attentive especially Kayleigh went above and beyond to make our stay perfect bed was amazing  very comfortable the bath was awesome very deep so a a luxurious bubble bath would definitely recommend this hotel has a brewers fare practically next door  with an all inclusive breakfast for £9.99 recommend this great start to the day 

Perfect stay

Really close to Town Centre and a great Cab service ABG cars for Friday night where we met up with family in Merry Hill.  The room was very comfortable but the biggest bonus here is the staff and their willingness to help and make you feel cared for during your stay.  Really would recommend this hotel for price, convenience but mainly the service

Good location lovely staff

I stayed with a couple friends and family here, and it was as great as suspecting. There were some issues but they weren’t something anyone could have done. We were really happy with everything we were given :)

Our Stay

I have stayed at the Premier Inn, Stourbridge multiple times. It is very conveniently located for Stourbridge Town station and the bus interchange. It is a short walk to the town centre and amenities. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly, check in is efficient and rooms are comfortable albeit basic. Perfect though for a couple of nights stay and I've always had a good night's sleep here. On the downside, I don't like the Brewers' Fayre next door. I have only had breakfast here a couple of times and it is in my view over priced and average quality. Better food for cheaper can be obtained walking into Stourbridge town. 

Good quality, well located hotel, basic but comfortable

Clean room, staff not very present. Had no hot water so had to have a tepid shower but no staff available to report issue to. Food really disappointing - I wouldn't recommend eating here, head into town for food.
